Love this place. Food is very testy. Small & very cozy place but has the best service.Food portions are big for the price.

Food 5 stars, Ambiance 5 stars. service 5 stars. Definitely a cozy spot to get really good food. Probably the best dosa's in Hickville or Long Island. Good value for your $$.

Village the soul of India- Sarvinderji really puts his heart and soul in cooking the food. He caters to all food requirements with great empathy, understanding that one must have dietary restrictions but those restrictions can be frustrating. He tries his best to accommodate changes if possible. You can taste the freshness is his meals. One can order anything at the restaurant and be assured that it will be fresh, tasty and true to its description. Lucky to have this amazing place opened so close to us, that allows us to eat often from there. Very clean place and you can see the kitchen which makes you even more confident in the cleanliness.

The food is absolutely delicious!!! I have been here 6 or 7 times already past 2 months and every time the food is fresh & mouthwatering delicious. They have many jain options. The staff are all very friendly. The chole bhature, the lasooni gobi, corn stir fry, the idli and medu vada (doesn't have the oily after taste), the kadai paneer and the salted lassi are all really tasty. I have tried a lot of other foods there as well. Must go there with family!

OMG, I love this restaurant! Between the small & cozy atmosphere, the warm & welcoming service, and, the delicious and comforting food, it felt as if I was invited to a friend's home for lunch! I had a wonderful vegan Thali and a side of the best samosas I've ever tasted. My partner had dosas that he said were as good as, if not better than, the best Indian restaurants in NYC. I can't wait to go back!

This place is fantastic! The idli was the way it should be, and so was my gunpowder dosa; everything was delicious, light, fresh, and spiced to perfection. I spend some measure of every year working and traveling in India, and, eyes closed, with those terrific flavors in my mouth, I felt I was there, never mind the cold January day outside. The staff were very nice and attentive (and for anyone wondering if this cuisine might be too spicy for them, the waiters wanted to make sure that the food was cooked to our desired spice level, so fear not!). Prices are very reasonable. I can't wait to come back to try more things!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this South Indian vegetarian restaurant in the USA, and it was a delightful experience! The authenticity of flavors, coupled with a diverse menu, truly stood out. The dosas were perfectly crisp, and the sambar had an excellent balance of spices. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great place to savor traditional South Indian cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a taste of India in the heart of the USA!
