Village on the Lake - Apartment rental agency in Houston - 19200 Space Center Blvd, USA

We have looked at Village on the Lake a couple times and finally decided to lease here after a few years at a rental property. The staff is so nice, the apartment itself is beautiful. Neighbors are kind. The noise isn’t too bad. It is an apartment complex so we do hear our upstairs neighbor’s very happy dog :-) But other than that no complaints. We’re only a month in but a lot of people say really great things about living here and it has a great reputation.

The touring, filling out apps and property is great. The office staff is super . Molly was there for every question and concerns. A neighbor is loud, but that's apartment living and dealing with people that don't have a care for others. I love looking at the water everyday. I recommend!

The Office staff from Management and all staff have been excellent in every way. The Maintenance Team has responded with in 24 hours and fixed or replaced every request. The Office staff has been excellent with helping with any questions even helping program my Google account for Front Gate Access to make it extremely easy for guests to visit. If you are interested in a Gated Community with a Private Garage and excellent poolside views and Great Grounds. That are well maintained. Then I’d recommend you take the time to visit the Community at Village on the Lake.

The apartment was nice, and the view from it of Clear Lake was awesome. Then there are the facilities to enjoy: gym, swimming pools, outdoor grill in wonderful park-like settings. But most of all--- the helpful, friendly, couretous staff at the office, and maintenance. We have always bragged about Village on the Lake to anyone who seemed interested. We wish you all the very best!!

Emily was very kind from the start. She made our whole moving process VERY EASY! We love love living here. The ammenities are absolutely wonderful! Residents are kind and I also love that it is very PET FRIENDLY. All office staff I've came across have been very helpful and taken care of our needs. Maintenance is very fast here as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND living here. You will not be disappointed.

Horrific experience. Move-in day greeted me with cockroaches in my apartment which the complex is infested with. The garbage can areas will be so infested at night that I'd have to wait until the next day to take trash out. From March to November, they have been "repairing" my balcony making it unusable for having guests. The worst however was it took 2 weeks for them to GET AROUND to cleaning BLACK MOLD out of my A/C. I was waking up in the middle of the night coughing so hard that I couldn't breathe. Neighbors are loud because apartments are so packed together. No community vibe. When trying to print at the office and the ink was low, they basically told me that "They'd get to it", even though I needed to print a few legal documents. Gym equipment is from the 80s and hardly worth using it's so bad. Amenities were fine, but pools not regularly maintained. Only professionals here are the landscapers who keep the flowers and greenery in good check If you want a "nice" area, I highly recommend running away from this "village". I can't wait until my lease runs out so I can get away from the worst apartment of my life.

Building is an older building and it seems they work on keeping up the repairs. Beautiful view. Very nice amenities like a heated pool, walking paths that showcase nature at its best and plenty of fishing spots on property all walking distance. The maintenance is always very helpful and respond very quickly. It’s difficult reaching the office employees and the gate keys don’t always work to get in or let guest through the gate. No mail room for packages so packages are left at apartment door. Delivery is mostly delivered wrong (packages and food) because section one and two have the same numbers. Finally,large professional smoker bbq pit (hot coals inside) out front a garage was stolen overnight when left out to cool.

My husband and I sold our home in Nassau Bay recently and moved here; we love it. The office management staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. The excellent maintenance crew is polite, prompt and efficient. The three pools are pristine and the tropical landscaping is lovely. The gym equipment is high- end, and the location is very convenient and safe. Our unit is spacious and bright. We just renewed our lease.
