The night staff that checked us in was nice and the bed was comfortable. But website says has coffee and breakfast...it does not. Our coffee maker didn't work. We were outside and the morning staff lady went into our room...without permission. We had our service dogs in there. Lucky she didn't get bit. The place was pretty run down for the price. Glad it was only 1 night...Will not be back.
Staff was pretty polite. The female anyway . She sincerely would like you to enjoy your stay . Male worker could smile, it welcomes the quests fyi.
Jayden was an awsome server. When asked for a beverage, seconds later it was in front of me. Often times the server forgets about you, but not Jayden, he definitely is great asset for Village Inn and wish him well in his future endeavors
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and plenty of space where you don't feel too crowded. Easy to access the freeway. I would definitely stay again.
The bed was ok, the pillows were hard as rocks, there was barely any water pressure in the shower and the manager or whatever she was, is the type of person that if you get one stain on the sheets, you don't get your deposit back.
Thank goodness for extra blankets we had in the car, I was scared to even sleep under the sheets, I will never be going back here.
Positive: The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was great- for the price and location it far exceeded my expectations. Negative: BRING EARPLUGS. The train noise is deafening- they blast their horns every 10-20 minutes all night long. If you are a light sleeper or do not have earplugs you will not get any sleep at this hotel.
Positive: The location was good Negative: The motel website is a bunch of false advertising because there is not breakfast or hot coffee in the lobby. Then the coffee maker didn't work. When I ask for another one the staff took it in my room while we were outside with our dogs in the room. Negative: ""
Out of the 3 people that work the front desk 2 are not very friendly the night guy is even very grumpy and rude 100% of the time and the woman always seems stressed out and makes you feel like she doesn't like you but Sam makes up for them and some. He is very sweet and genuinely cares and will go out of his way to take care of their guests. Most of the housekeeping staff are pretty nice and helpful but Beverly definitely stands out as the friendliest. She's good at her job and cares about people and it shows. (I have spent a lot of time here)
Fantastic place to stay. Very friendly and professional front desk. Management definitely does a great job and takes pride in their property. Food absolutely delicious. The place looks really clean, almost new like condition, considering the age of t
Grabbed lunch here on our anniversary. Love that they have smaller portion plate lunches as an option. Even the smaller portions come with generous servings including rice & mac salad. We got the shoyu chicken, kalua pork, and spam musubi. Loved the
Do you love flavored whips? Then you're going to love Shipwreck! Always ask what whip flavors they have. Try their limited specials! One of my family's favorite coffee places! Always fantastic and the staff is always lovely.
Crave 80âs is my favorite bar. Iâve had many regular haunts over the years, but this place is something special. Magnificent atmosphere and staff, Alex in particular always makes my Wednesday night karaoke experience something memorable. Fantasti
