The room was not very big, but it definitely met the needs of our stay because staying on the grounds made it easy to get around to all of the other things to do on the estates. We were walking distance to the winery🍷. The cafe downstairs was very convenient to grab a cup of coffee or a quick sandwich before leaving out for the day. They came in cleaned the room daily, replenished the towels and made sure we had fresh glasses/coffee mugs and coffee. I only mention this because it seems a lot of hotels got away from doing this daily after Covid so we appreciated not having to call and ask. It's the little things sometimes that make for a better experience.

We really enjoyed our four night stay here. The staff is very friendly (especially Victoria at the front desk!). The room was very clean and comfortable (great beds, pillows, and shower). There are shops, restaurants, and a winery right next to the hotel. There are also some pretty awesome views from outside of this hotel! I would definitely stay here again, and the whole Biltmore Estate is a great place to visit and experience!

The hotel is beautiful and I liked that it was in the village because it was easy to leave and walk around. That being said, that the beds are terrible. The mattresses are so hard that my back was killing me and I barely slept. They did not clean and replenish items (like coffee) unless you asked (which is typical for hotels now, but at $500 a night should be a staple). The shoppes close early and by 7pm there is nothing to do unless you want to go sit in the bar. I don’t drink and we had an 18 year old with us, so all the wine activities were useless to us. Finally, we did not have a single good meal where we were happy with our food at the Biltmore or the hotel. I was shocked - definitely expected to be blown away by the food. To see the house is amazing. The grounds are beautiful. But I’d save some money and stay somewhere else next time. Not worth it.

This was our second time staying at The Village Hotel and a second opportunity to commend the staff for their excellence at this Biltmore gem. We stayed over the 4th of July and our time at the hotel was outstanding! The hotel is fantastic - a welcoming reception area, beautiful patio with an excellent fire pit, a fantastic coffee bar for easy grab and go breakfast, easy parking, plenty of Antler Village options to grab wine, food, treats and cocktails, clean and well appointed rooms, a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and extremely comfortable showers and beds. ||When my husband and I arrived to check in, the front desk greeted us noting our request for a very quiet room. The young lady helping us was concerned that we had been pre-assigned to an adjoining room which would not necessarily have been as quiet as possible. She immediately offered us an alternate room which exceeded our ideal quiet location in the hotel - and she knocked it out of the park accommodating our needs!|Staying on Biltmore Estate at The Village Hotel is an experience like no other. To be able to wake early, grab a coffee and head straight to the Estate grounds before the crowds arrive is a true travel bonus. ||Thank you to the management and staff - you truly embrace the hospitality and peace of The Biltmore experience! We had so much fun, enjoyed everything about our stay and can’t wait to return again!

Beautiful picturesque setting with Mountain View’s. Spacious room with a tub! Easy walk to winery and restaurant. Loved the entertainment at the gazebo where guests can gather. Friendly staff and guests dressed very casual to my surprise. I do agree with another comment about unloading luggage. It was difficult for us to transport from the drop off area and then move the car to the parking lot. At $400 per night one could expect some kind of assistance. |Other than that I highly recommend this location as it is easy to drive around the grounds to see the estate.

We loved the location - perfect for dining, shopping, walking, biking. The hotel is clean, has positive energy, the staff is friendly, and dinner at Village Social was good. Sadly, the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. My 5'7" son had to sleep diagonally, as his feet hung off the end. My husband and I shared the second bed and the mattress was worn out; you could feel the springs and it sloped us both to the right side. A pricey night's stay for such a horrible night's sleep. Despite all the positives, I wouldn't choose this hotel again because the beds were just that bad.

Everything was fantastic--service, location, cleanliness! Our only concerns were the beds...they were a little short and small...we had a room with 2 double beds. If you are over 6 feet tall, I would suggest a different room type with a king. Also...we had wished the pool was heated, but it's summer so it was okay for August! Staff was very nice and friendly!!!

Beautiful hotel on the Biltmore property! Takes some time to get out of the biltmore “bubble” if you are interested in driving into Asheville, but the scenery is really beautiful. Want to mention that the cafe in the lobby stops serving breakfast at 11am, and that the egg/cheese/sausage breakfast croissant was absolutely delicious. Was $10, and my cappuccino was $5. The people who work at the hotel are very kind for the most part, and we liked how clean the rooms and the pool were. Overall a great place to stay if you can afford it.
