Great free parking if you get your ticket validated by a merchant

Parking is pretty cheap, rates are posted and don't change only 4 an hour. Good food in the area, and a spot to charge your EV like I did. Just know when you charge your vehicle you're paying to charge not charge and park, though it's obvious, recommend for sure

Parking is right by a nice breakfast place. However, parking is charged $1 by every 15 MINUTES. The sign they have makes it sound like its 3 hrs for $1.

TLDR: We were basically held hostage here for about 5 minutes. They had our ticket and wouldn’t let us leave for disputing EV parking fee and parking fee for garage. DO NOT PARK HERE. It’s a scam and kinda scary to deal with the parking attendants. An hour here almost cost us $15. The EV charging stations charge for parking and we asked why we had to pay additional parking fees to leave. The employee in the booth refused to look at our receipt and we asked him to call his manager. The manager came over and took our ticket and demanded to know what time we came in. We looked up the Sema Connect receipt. We had been there an hour. He said the charges for the parking on the EV chargers hadn’t processed yet so we had to pay for parking?! He finally said he would cover the parking for us. Because they were so belligerent, I asked for his name. The manager then said he wouldn’t give us his name so I took a picture. He said because I took a pic we would now be charged for parking but he still had our ticket and wouldn’t give it back. We threatened to call the police and he let us through. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Very serine beautiful place. Went to see movie @ Hillcrest Landmark. Great reclining chairs but our theater was too small of a screen.

Trendy upscale mini mall area. Good spacious safe well lit underground parking, free for 2 hrs, with easy access via elevator to the street and their complex of boutique stores. 24 hour fitness is here along with a nice large selection of other stores and shops. Very Good theater as well. Bright and clean good signs, and good experience. Overall very good and worth a visit to explore Hillcrest area. Recommended.

Good space, lots of natural light throughout, okay number and variety of weightlifting, cardio and stretching equipment. However, some of the older machines are not well maintained, the free weights are frequently not re-racked, and it's not very clean. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful, and there's a fair number and variety of free classes like yoga, step, etc. 2 hours free parking in the garage with validation is nice but, for me, not sufficient for a decent workout and hour-long class.

Traffic and parking are a problem at most any time of day. Several empty storefronts on the street where we found parking, after circling for quite a while. When we got to the restaurant we we seeking we found it permanently closed.
