The new cleaning lady they have is very nice. But the way that the person in charge im assuming speaks to her is not ok. He is very rude and condescending to her. I have seen her do more than just cleaning the rooms and he is disrespectful 😒 Better treat her better before she quits.. Property is looking better by the day.. This is in a nice location, convenient to many places.

AVOID THIS PLACE. This is actually my first time ever leaving a review for a hotel, I felt it was my duty to do so this time to save others. I was in Buffalo to catch a flight as I was in town for work but my flight got cancelled due to weather so I looked up hotels/motels just to lay my head since it was already late and had an early flight out. Found this place, it was cheap and thought I’d save a few bucks since like said, I was only gonna be there for maybe 7 hours until my 7am flight. I got my key from the front desk and when I went to my room, the door wasn’t even locked, I just pushed it open. The bolt lock on the door didn’t even seem like it successfully lock the door, didn’t feel safe. The lights in the main room and the bathroom were on, as well as the tv which was propped up by a wad of paper, the window was broken and wouldn’t shut making so bugs were flying inside. Cobwebs and scuff marks literally covering the walls, the molding around the corners were ripped off in places, what looked like wet foot prints were on floor leaving the bathroom as if someone had just showered in shortly before I arrived. They clearly don’t do house keeping, they just remake the bed and thats it before you arrive, not even bothering to wash the sheets. It was hands down the most disgusting hotel/motel I have ever stayed at it my entire life. I sat on the corner of the bed, immediately booked a new hotel and got out of there. Spare yourself the headache and filth.

Do not book this hotel. Booked on Expedia. Arrived at hotel. They said they did not have reservation. They also said they did not have apartment style room that we booked. Gave us a key to look at another room that they said cost more but key didn’t work. Hotel in poor condition and dirty. Chose not to stay there but they still charged my credit card and are refusing to give refund. Total false advertising.

RUN! The pictures of this hotel are from the 1990s. It is now long term rental for homeless people. The rooms were disgusting, the mattress looked they brought it in off the curb. There were people there with obvious mental illness. They advertised a unit with a jetted tub but the hotel said they got rid of their tubs 2 years ago. When I refused to stay there, they charged me for the night anyway - even though they DID'NT HAVE THE ROOM THAT THEY RENTED ME. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You are better to sleep in your car.

We checked in around 9:45 pm because we had a funeral to attend first in RI, the room they gave us had urine still in the toilet, it smelled awful of cigarettes, the tub was broken, broken soap holder, nasty couch outside the door. I went and asked for another room and also tell them the reservations and the room i booked had a jetted bathtub, he said they haven't had jetted tubs for over a year, we exchanged a few words (not rude but i wanted what i paid for) but we ended up getting another room, we did a fast in and out to make sure it was not smelling like cigarettes and the bathroom was not broken etc. because we had plans to eat and to go see Niagara falls after we checked in. When we went to the room to see what it looked like and to go to bed it was almost 2am, no tv in the room and they didn't have one to put in the room, it has a cut up box in the window of the bathroom as a curtain, everything is old in the room, broken, dented, chipped, wires hanging out, no plug outlet covers, the ac is so dirty and nasty looking we didn't want to turn it on. So we went back to the front desk, they were sold out so they couldn't put us in another room or a TV to put in the room, by this time we were so upset (pissed) i asked for a refund, the desk clerk said we can talk to the manager in the morning when we check out, when we checked out the same desk clerk said the manager wouldn't be in until 3pm but we should contact the booking agency we used . We were exhausted so we just went to bed but we did check for bed bugs and didn't see any so we did go to bed, 7am music blasting so loud you would think it's in our room. I have traveled so many places and this by far was the worst.

DO NOT BOOK THIS! They give the worst experience of a trip! The rooms are not clean at all! They are also not well maintained! THE PICTURES ARE BIG FAT LIE! DO not go off the pictures!! There are literary flies roaming in the rooms while you are sleeping or showering! There is CIGRETTE SMOKE SMELL throughout the room! There were no towels avaliable, the lights weren’t properly working, so we had to wait to enter the room! They didn’t even have basic facilities that all hotels provide like shampoo, conditioner! The bathroom has a window, there is NO SAFETY OR PRIVACY! There is no hair dryer, not a single mat in the room for drying your feet! IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR THE PRICE YOU ARE PAYING! THEY ARE RIPPING US OFF, and also will not CANCEL THE BOOKING SO YOU ARE STUCK! I WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR THEN SLEEP HERE next time! Once you book it, you can’t even cancel the booking even though the rooms are terrible! Attached pictures so you can decide for yourself if you truly should pay 130 dollars for this! Being a nurse, dedicated to safety and health, I have reported the hotel to the department of health to hope for a change of services provided.

BEWARE!!! These pictures of the rooms are not even close to what the rooms look like. I booked 2 rooms through Expedia with king beds and jetted tubs. I checked in the first room wasn’t bad but the bathroom was disgusting no jetted tub. There was a door for an adjoining room with the door knob taken off but no lock so people from other room could come in whenever they wanted. Second room had to queen beds no tv and the bathroom was beyond disgusting. I asked why my room was wrong and he said there was no jetted tubs anymore and that I had booked a room with two beds but my reservation said king. I told him I wanted to cancel my reservation because everything was completely disgusting. He said I had to call Expedia it took me almost 2 hours to cancel but I did finally get a refund after many phone calls. Oh and there is NO breakfast keep in mind that I am not a picky person but there was no way I was staying in this nasty hotel

Location is very quiet and confident to stores. I booked a king room and everything was clean and up to par. Restroom wasn’t too bad, came with a smart tv which I loved. And air works amazing…
