Villa del Mar - Apartment complex in Altamonte Springs - 500 Sabal Palm Cir, USA

Very nice Apartment complex. Huge property that's very well groomed and kept up. Three pools very quiet dog friendly lil dog park n poop pick up stations throughout, 3 floor plan options walking distance to convert stores the elementary school and the mall also lots of options for food huge food court, also grocery stores banks and drive thru fast food like BK and Wendy's, and also the bus line up and down the main road 436 .. uptown Altamonte walk over the lake is perfect for working out date night walk n talk and always somethings always going on there! this is definitely a great place to check out in person if you're interested in moving to an upcoming friendly community a place you're proud to call home this might be it . I give this place 5 stars for sure..

Villa del Mar is a wonderful complex. It's well run, they take care of maintenance quickly, it's quiet and peaceful. The only problem is the rent keeps going up, and this forces tenants out. People can afford the rent when they move in, but when prices of gas, groceries and insurance keep going up, and then rent goes up $150/month on top of it, there's just no way to afford to stay. This was one of the more affordable complexes, which means the tenants can not absorb rent increases every year. I see there's open house the past month. If rents were more stable, people would stay, and there wouldn't be so many vacancies. That would be a win-win. Seminole County is very unaffordable, and Villa del Mar is quickly becoming unaffordable as well. It's such a wonderful place to live, but becoming unaffordable as well, sadly 😥.

I just moved in and I got to say I love this property well kept , office staff are so nice. Convenient area with a shopping mall and hospital close by.

I am always satisfied with my Maintenance work. They get the work done properly and done right. You don't have to wait long on your Maintenance Person when you need it also.

I love the place! First I am conveniently near I-4, stores n restaurants. The place is clean as I drove around and felt it is a safe place. My apartment was ready on moving day. Smells new as I walked in. The leasing office ladies are so sweet and answered all my questions. It feels like home. I’ve been here for 3 months and still feel the same. One of the biggest plus is that on trash day I just place my trash outside n it gets picked up. The maintenance crew are the best too.

I just move in a couple months ago, to start off maintenance and the office team were wonderful, very sweet made the move process so easy. Love how the ladies keep tabs on how I was doing in my new apartment. The area is wonderful so close to the mall and I-4. Very pleased with Villa Del Mar never want to leave. 👍🏽

Recently moved into Villa Del Mar and so far my family and I love it! All the ladies in the office are so amazingly sweet and made the move in process extremely easy! I love having a patio and porch and the amount of storage my 2bd unit has is a breath of fresh air compared to our last few places. Fitness area has everything you’d need, not like most complexes that has just a few free weights and a treadmill! The three pools are all awesome. So far I give 5 Stars not just for the apartment but for the staff as well!!

My family has been living in Villa Del Mar for almost a year and it has been the best experience we’ve had amongst the apartments in Altamonte Springs. Anai (the leasing agent) is super helpful, friendly and is quick to respond to any inquiries. Beth and Nadine are very professional and courteous with everything we’ve needed. The maintenance crew has also shown great professionalism and expertise. We are definitely renewing our lease and highly recommend this community.
