as soon as I walked in to the lobby of this hotel, I was immediately bombarded by a very rude lobby attendant, he was rude, snide, short, and just plain friendly, which I’m not happy about. He continued to be rude until I left, unsure why he was having a bad day, or if he was just being rude. By the way I looked when I put out my credit cards and my high designer bags he quickly changed his tone, I’m assuming my tattoos and piercings through him off a bit I will not return to staying at this place
Rooms are very clean and very nice. The service was terrible, you call and ask for towels. They will ask you what room you're in. And then they will promptly ask you to come up to the front to pick them up. I don't understand why they ask what room im in when I called them from the room phone. And then they asked me to come up to pick them up. I don't know, maybe most places just bring them to you in some places. Don't but they don't add this one
Great service kids liked the pool, location is rough
It's a dive, lol but they're working on it. If you need to use your laptop, you'll need to charge it first because they have no wall plugs.
I left my dogs in the room for 20 minutes and was Rudely called up, told they weren't allowed to be left. The incredibly rude man said they were barking. When I arrived, 10-15 grown men were hanging out in front of my room window. No wonder my dogs were barking. They were doing their job. Now, do your job by getting some manners and controlling all the riffraff!!!
This is an older motel. The refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot were in working order, but there were no packs of coffee ( they did provide when asked). The bed covering was very thin, but they did provide us a nice blanket when we asked for it.
My experience was a very positive one. The room looked recently remodeled and compared to others nearby this offered the best value for weekly rates. It doesn't have some amenities you pay more for elsewhere but it comes with a microwave, fridge, satellite TV, free WiFi and coffee/tea. Most important the queen size bed was very comfortable. For me, it was a safe, quiet, clean place to stay during my business trip. This is a family-run business and they offered great service day or night. They put up new fencing during my stay there with plans to convert their closed pool to a garden. I recommend this as the best no-frills, budget motel to stay at when in Oroville.
It was a last minute & it was the only hotel rooms available. The first night was great, the people were nice & helpful. But the 2nd night was awful. I accidentally spilled something on my sheets & blanket. It was about 9:30-9:45 PM, yes I know that's kinda late but not that late because the staff were all still walking around outside. I went up & asked for new sheets & a new blanket. They RUDELY said "why must you have this all right now, it's too late. You bother us because you spilled something?" & than proceeded to yell at me because my SISTER was here visiting me. They are just plain rude & hateful. I will NEVER stay here again. Not worth the stay. Don't waist your money.
I have some environmental sensitivities (to chemicals, emfs from wi fi routers etc) so it's hard for me to find a comfortable motel. For some reason, this place clicked. Despite seeing a cockroach on very rare occasions, it's one of the cleaner places i've stayed in. I like that they come in to clean/vacuum and change bedding every two days. The people that run it are pleasant and helpful. The wi fi was great, ie easy to get online for the most part (occasionally manager had to re-set) but not so powerful as to give me headaches. No breakfast, but coffee places nearby. I used a fan to block any noise from other rooms since i'm a light sleeper, but not always necessary. One of the best things about it is that the rooms are all on one level, so no guests above or below.

Outstanding public display of holiday cheer. Very welcoming with areas to sit and heat provided. There is free selfies, so many displays, small hills for the children to slide, as well as paid inflatableâs and a larger sledding area. So cool and so
Awesome displays. Amazed on array of tools, cleanliness, research including date and inventors names. The detailed design of each panel looked as lovely as quilt patterns. I brought my friend also a fan of tools. He was impressed. Thank you for your
I get excited when I see that this place is open. I always try to stop on my home.
Friendly staff and some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. It's flavorful while not being super salty.
Their prices are very affordable (tacos are $2!).

This place is beautiful when you come at the right time of year. I did a field study of California wildflowers here and was amazed at how many species exist here. Best to come as early as possible in the morning. This place is gaining popularity and
