Viktoria Apartments - Apartment rental agency in Seattle - 1915 2nd Ave, USA

Viktoria has been everything we wanted in our Seattle apartment. We have some pretty awesome views without paying top dollar, the amenities are what we hoped, and the staff has been great. Throughout the process of touring and singing our lease, Justin was awesome. While we were shopping around Justin helped distinguish Viktoria in our minds with his responsiveness and helpfulness. All the staff are great. Robert is prompt and friendly when dealing with any maintenance related issues. The rooftop has excellent views and is a great space to just relax. For the folks interested in the gym: it is pretty well equipped, it has a smith machine, dumbbells (up to 50lbs), a small barbell type thing (I’ve only ever used for curls and overhead press because I don’t think it would load enough for bench press or other compound lifts), a cable machine with all the attachments you would need, a pull up bar (on the cable machine), and a few other machines like a pec deck. It also has a number of treadmills and other aerobic machines. The area is pretty solid, being just a few blocks from Pike Place market and close to countless other places of interest. However, if you go the other way (towards 3rd), there’s some not so nice areas. Obviously not a fault of Viktoria, which all-in-all, is incredibly well located. They also manage the front door very well, and it feels secure. Overall, would highly recommend as a place to live!

Love Viktoria. The people are super friendly in this community, including the staff. Location is perfect and close to everything. Justin and Robert have been amazing, Justin (who is in leasing) is very responsive to help resolve any issues I have and Robert (who does maintenance) is super friendly and quick...he's always smiling :). Shout out to Genaro too. The building also smells good, all the time, like a luxury hotel. The rooftop views are to die for. CON: The only thing I would change is updating the furniture on the rooftop to match the luxurios view, it's too old.

Living here was a pretty nice experience. The amenity was nice and the price was cheap for the gorgeous view. The staffs were very nice. Just be careful of the surrounding area as it could get pretty dangerous at the night, which is the sole reason I moved out eventually. The front entrance is well maintained and has 24 hours monitor so it is very safe inside of the property.

I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience living in this apartment. The rooftop offers a stunning view that adds a touch of serenity to my everyday life. The natural sunlight that fills my apartment is just perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A special mention must be made of the incredible staff here, starting with Sara, our manager. She isn't just sweet and kind; she's a shining example of professionalism and warmth. Her responsiveness to feedback and her exceptional skill in organizing delightful monthly parties have played a huge role in fostering a vibrant community spirit. Then there's Genaro, whose patience and gentlemanly demeanor made my apartment search a surprisingly pleasant experience. His kindness and dedication are truly commendable. I must also praise Robert for his extraordinary commitment to maintenance. His ability to go above and beyond in addressing any issues with the unit, coupled with his swift responsiveness, is highly appreciated. Last but not the least, Justin who is so kind that he will make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. Every staff member here greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcomed. It's more than just an apartment; it's a community where everyone is valued and cared for. I am genuinely grateful to be a part of this wonderful community.

I have been living at Viktoria for a few years now. I want to give a shout out to Genaro because ever since he started coming home has felt so warm and welcoming. He always greets me with a smile on his face and when there is time asks me about my day. He even introduces me to other residents. Now I actually know some of my neighbors. I have a very stressful job and he has helped make some of that melt away when I come in. Viktoria really feels like a community and home I want to be at thanks to him. I know the other residents that I have met feel the same way. Thank you Genaro! Thank you Viktoria!!

Awesome experience here and great things to say about Genaro . He went above and beyond what I expected. I arrived at the front entrance Friday night after losing my phone in an Uber completely flustered. He helped me calm down and assured me everything was going to be okay. He was determined to help and called my phone many times. About 30 mins later I came down to the entrance and here was Genaro with my phone and Uber driver 😊. My night was saved. Thanks you again for the amazing customer service. Also, Justin is amazing as well and my mother has nothing but fantastic things to say about him.

I have been living here for more than 2 years, and I absolutely love being part of the Viktoria community. The main reason why i LOVE this building is the people who work here. Truly the best management and maintenance team!!! I have transferred to another unit and i can't thank the leasing office enough for making this a seamless transfer. I have to thank Justin for always being incredibly helpful, he always welcome the resident with a smile and is always willing go the extra mile to help. This guy is awesome. Special thanks to Berlin from the leasing office, James as well and Sara the leasing office manager. Thank you so much both very much for your help with the transfer, and thank you for your continuous support. They truly care about the residents here. Kevin, Robert and Cy from the maintenance team are absolutely the best. Truly incredible team, I never worry about any maintenance issue where I live because of this team. Not only that they are extremely efficient, they always CARE and they're just PROFESSIONAL. Thank you so much Robert for always smiling and offering to help. I am very happy to be able to call this place home, and to be able to enjoy the incredible view of this building.

As someone who can definitely be a bit of a "Karen", I appreciate the assistance I have received over the last year. I recently renewed my lease here and wanted to specifically thank Justin, Berlin, Sara, and James for their patience and ability to makes things happen for me. Robert from maintenance is also super great! Viktoria is a great location in downtown Seattle and has a good selection of amenities to utilize. I am happy to have re-leased for another year and would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to make the move downtown.
