It's a very old motel and hasn't been updated in a long time, but I've seen worse. I guess the rates are cheaper than most places, and honestly, some people live there because they can't afford to pay rent deposits and utility deposits. Monthly rent for homes and apartments have skyrocketed. With today's economy the way it is, it's not unusual to see a lot of people living in motels rather than homes or apartments.
The rooms are very spacious, but the people staying there are, well let's say less than pleasant to run into. Had to stay there on a whim, never again.
Lots of roaches running around I spent a lot of money on bombs sticky traps and now I got rats chewing through the wall or mice I already kill four of them and still got more coming through the walls
This is a Residence as well as a motel. My cousin lives there and absolutely loves it. The staff are very attentive and make sure that she is checked on often. They also make it their business to keep anyone else that isn't living or staying there off of the property making it a priority for the residents security which is a great plus compared to similar complexes.
It's cheap, they don't give you clean sheets daily. one towel, and toilet paper when u first get there..
Nasty, overun with roaches,bed bugs, Druggies, hookers, drunks, liars. Filthy! will not fix anything that breaks. Got my relative out of that hell hole. the people living there always have some kind of drama going on.

My wife and kids all go here and I cannot tell you the difference I have seen in them all. Professor Turner and his staff is amazing!! Highly recommended!!
Green Door Lofts and the host, Jim, were amazing. The loft is centrally located with garage parking should you need it but it is within walking distance to plenty of shopping and dining. The loft was well appointed and stocked with comfortable living
