These videos play in my waiting room and are very informative. I have added them to my website and use them as part of my new patient consults . Additionally, my new patient sign-up rate has tripled!!

We love our ViewMedica! We use the instructional videos in waiting areas throughout our clinics but also mix in our Social Media videos which include Physician Bios, Patient Testimonials and a few that were created just to entertain! I have also added photos of our team, banners, newsfeeds and graphics. The team at ViewMedica have always been very helpful and quick to respond whenever I have a question. The product has always worked well. We have had a couple of technical issues but they were quickly resolved. I highly recommend this product and have recommended this to several colleagues.

Creating engaging content to show to our patients is extremely simple using ViewMedica. We easily were able to search their catalog of educational material that matched our specialties and set them up to play in between our own youtube videos. They also have the best customer support that I have ever seen. Using their online chat I was quickly triaged and sent to an individual who could help with my technical issues and worked with me to set up ViewMedica for my organization. Within minutes I was on my way with a custom solution.

ViewMedica has a lot to it. First, there is the integrated dynamic video player, which we use on our website. The user can select from thousands of topics to be displayed in the viewer. For example, you could choose to have every topic available on a landing page, while for detail pages, display only those topics that relate to the topic of the page. Patients or prospective patients can click on the topic of interest from the list or search box, and an instructive and modern video will play. From this video, patients have the options to share with others via social media, and can even print a brochure to take with them. On the flipside, while the patient is here in the office, our doctors can use the video player to on a tablet or computer during the visit, even make drawings or notes on parts of the video, which can be printed out along with the brochure to clearly explain to the patient, both visually and verbally, what is going on with their situation or what a certain procedure might look like. This is not only empowering for the patient, but also puts them at ease. ViewMedica also provides lobby software. This software gives our office a high degree of creative freedom as well as control over exactly which content we show patients in our waiting room. The same videos from the website player are available for use in the slideshow (“Loop”) option, so you can choose any combination their videos, your own video content, or content from YouTube. Additionally, you can include your own informational slides, which can be designed using the built-in tool or imported as JPEGs from your own collection, and you can deliver announcements as pop ups on the screen, along with a variety of widgets for things like weather and news, none of which get in the way of the content from your loop. With ViewMedica, our content is far more personal than a TV tuned in to the news. Creating loops is easy to do from the ViewMedica website, and there is no limit to how many you can create. Bringing the loop to the TV is as easy is inserting an Amazon Firestick, downloading the ViewMedica app, and opening the loop you want to play; it’s very simple and looks fantastic. You can make the loop as long as you want, and then it just plays all day. The looping combination of relevant videos and content is more engaging and professional than a PowerPoint presentation would be, and is a great opportunity to connect with patients during the (hopefully short) time they’re in the waiting room. The support we’ve gotten from ViewMedica has been incredible. They are one of the few companies whose “Chat With Us” option connects directly to a technician with expert knowledge about the product, and who is ready to walk you through any solution. Customer service done right is invaluable to employees supporting a busy office. Phone calls take up too much time, don’t allow you to multitask, and disrupt the working environment for others, especially if you’re forced to use speaker phone. The instant response is great as well; you won’t be left checking your email to see if someone answered your ticket. ViewMedica has been there for me every time I have needed them. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their products.
