Pick Lake Las Vegas for a quiet getaway. Pros: we had an amazing 6th floor condo with spectacular views. Pool area is so quiet! Do NOT come here if looking for a party. It is deliciously quiet. Lake Las Vegas is beautiful, but this place needs a serious freshening up! Very dingy everywhere. Our condo wasn't too bad, but facilities are rough.
Absolutely beautiful luxury condominium complex. The carpet throughout the common areas and the decor in the lobby and halls are high-end. The pools and hot tub is spectular. Located in very quiet, Lake Las Vegas within Henderson city limits. The condos are privately owned. The owners sometimes lease their units on an annual basis to others, or nightly on Airbnb. Lake Las Vegas is a golf community and a mixed use community or houses, condos and townhouses, along with two hotels, watersports and restaurants and shops. I personally love this place. So peaceful.
Fire the entire staff and management and start over . Place is disgusting. Pool will get you sick ,laundry room will ruin your cloths and staff will try and piss you off. Skip this place or else you deserve it

17-22 Jan 2022: My son and I rented a VRBO Condo (#510) and it was perfect for us. We each had our own room & bathroom. Having the kitchen and fridge made it so nice to reheat any leftovers we had and keep our favorite drinks on hand. We utilized the hot tub while there to help thaw out our frozen WI bones ;-). This was a great location for us since we weren’t in the Vegas area for casinos. Half-hour drive to Hoover Dam and 1.5 hours to Grand Canyon West. So quiet and peaceful in the community too! There is even a grocery store in the village right next to this building that had reasonable prices! We also ate at the pizza shop in the village and it was pretty good.
Disgusting place. Staff are rude "especially eddy" and facilities are outdated/dirty. Laundry room will ruin your cloths,pool is dirty and you will get sick .
Such a beautiful area , so quiet and peaceful our host - owner was fantastic we had a minor issue with the air conditioning which was rectified right away , the condo was very clean with super comfy beds . This was so nice not to have to stay on the noisy overcrowded strip its a 15 minute uber away , we met so many nice friendly people here and will definitely return to this location I would have given 5 stars but the pool was fantastic but needs a good scrub and regular cleaning maintenance other than that our stay was perfect thankyou so much !!!
