Very clean and welcoming environment! Everyone, from staff to other gym participants, is extremely nice and very supportive. You can go at your pace.

I joined Vie a few years ago, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was new to the area and wanted to find a gym. At first I was unsure about joining an all women’s gym, but as soon as I walked through the door, I was hooked. The classes are challenging but can be modified for all fitness levels. The coaches are knowledgeable and welcoming - and I can’t say enough about the community. The vibe is truly supportive, encouraging and motivating. I have met some truly amazing women who are not only workout pals, but lifetime friends.

I have been a Vie member for about 3 years. I started in the Tacoma location now I frequent the Gig Harbor location as it is closer to my home. This is a great gym I keep coming back because I feel comfortable coming in at any hour, any day with any trainer. I can confidently say you can go to any of their locations and I will have a great time. The coaches are well trained, knowledgable and flexible especially when a workout modifications are needed to fit your comfort levels. The music is great the workouts are sweaty and you will always walk out feeling accomplished.

I love this gym. The place is always clean and equipment is high end. The coaches energy and loud music is extremely motivating. You can tell Amber has put a lot into creating an environment that is not only esthetically beautiful and functional but the designed workouts are amazing. The demonstration videos are nice to be prepared for the workout and to do workouts at home on my own. After a year I definitely feel stronger.

My favorite place to drop in when I visit family in Gig Harbor. The staff are encouraging and the community is so supportive. It is a gym that helps create true confidence in each woman who comes in their doors

What I love about Vie is how easy it is to adapt workouts. I joined Vie immediately post cancer treatment and was able to continue in between surgeries. I still have days when my energy lacks, but these workouts allow me to adjust weight/intensity when needed while getting a major energy boost from the music and coaches! I feel so grateful Vie came to Gig Harbor.
