Rich at Videson was outstanding. He installed a new outdoor sound system and outdoor TV on my property in May, 2024. First he was able to speed up our Wi-Fi which allowed us to get signals all over our property and inside our home as well. He purchased all the equipment for us and passed along any savings he was able to get. His workmanship was excellent, neat and he treated our property like his own. He always met every deadline and communicated promptly on everything. He also showed up exactly when he said he would. His prices were very reasonable given his tremendous expertise. Overall we could not be more pleased with him and his performance.

Called to do business and was rudely hung up without an explanation. Tried calling back thinking it was a mistake, but was hung up on again. Very unprofessional.
