Overall a good experience. I do recommend looking over the menu before going because they are a fast pasted environment. We had the top shelf margaritas and we enjoyed them; they didn’t have too much acidity. The food came out quickly and and was good. I would say its similar to any classic American/Mexican grill found all over but they have great daily specials that give you a lot of food for little bank. I will def become a regular, both for the food and the knowledge I can get in and out in under an hour.

Vida! Cantina formerly known as Poblano’s was a terrible experience… Me and my wife went out on a limb to try this new place and it was miserable from the start. We walk in and the host was on the phone and just walked away as we stood there awkward. The music was low so that added to the awkward. We get seated and order 2x ACP one with queso on the side. The rice and chicken tasted good but the queso was OFF. This is not real Mexican queso!! After waiting and finally having to yell across the restaurant to get our servers attention(you can see the picture where all the servers are huddled in the booth gossiping instead of helping their customers) we showed them that the queso was not good. My wife didn’t eat any of her meal and the best they could do was 10% off. This is UNACCEPTABLE. We will not be back. Just avoid this place. It’s not worth it

The service was ok, a bit slow at the bar for lunch hour when People are on lunch breaks and there was no rush crowd. Ultimately, my reasoning for this review is I use to come her about 2 years back loved it. Today I ordered chalupas for lunch. I received hard taco shell broke in half. This was laughable. Not at all a chalupa and Mexican restaurant knows this. 😂🤔😅😐🙃. No thank you.

It's very clear that the people who used to own and run this place are no longer around. They used to have great food and I was happy to pay the slightly elevated cost for Mexican food at their restaurant. But today, the price is higher and that good food that I used to look forward to is a thing of the past. The beer glass had some kind of black goo on it, the cutlery had residue on it that I could scrape with my thumb nail. The food was lackluster and judging by the things I saw, I'm not sure that I'll be feeling the best this evening. Go to taco bell for a better experience. However..... they are about to re-brand themselves. I don't know if this is in response to people noticing that the quality has declined or if new ownership is taking over and they're going to try to fix these issues. Either way, in the moment, this was a bad experience. Note: I read through some of the recent comments. There's several 5 star reviews that were posted within the last couple of months with pictures from the old Poblano's which was changed a couple of years ago. This tells me that they've paid for reviews. I'm reducing from 2 star to 1 star. They're lying and they know it. Never again.

Yes, I was charged for cheese dip that, and it should be free when it comes with chips on the table with the red sauce will not be back. They are out to get people money for nothing. A little bit of a cheese off dip. And he charged you five dollars for it.

I ordered a vegetarian burrito and got a tortilla with chicken, no other additive. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla and got a tortilla with chicken, no other toppings. I love the friendly center location idk what happened here. 0/10 would not recommend, there was not a single thing I enjoyed about this meal. Not worth $13

My friend and I went last night to dinner, the food came out so quick it raised an eyebrow. But the main issue was that there was a hair in my food. I proceeded to call over the waitress and show her, who then slightly unwillingly took the food away. She asked if I wanted anything else and we just wanted the bill. They tried to charge us for the burrito with hair in it. No manager came over to apologize or ask if anything could be done. They took off the burrito from the bill, but only after I pointed it out and asked for it to be removed.
