Pretty good, but unbalanced. They put hardly any cheese on the burrito. Then they wanted extra $ to add any more. Really disappointing as the burrito really lacked the cheese and it was noticeable when eating it.
Overall, food seems okay, but service is stingy.
Even though I often visit for the delicious food, my experience is consistently ruined by the presence of an employee named Ruby. Whether she's displaying attitude towards customers or her colleagues, it creates an unpleasant atmosphere. Despite the fantastic food, I find myself questioning why the business tolerates her behavior. As a customer, it's becoming increasingly tiresome.
Breakfast burritos are delicious. They always get our order right, which I love. They are very friendly and greet you with a smile.
We are a regular customer at Victor’s usually eating there every 2 weeks on Fridays. We encountered new workers who treated us like we were in a factory line trying to rush our order because a group of people had just entered a few minutes after us. I had to slow them down to take my order because they were rushing to get my order with. They were rude and robotic workers who were condescending with our orders (an order of 4). They slowed down for the people after us but were condescending to us.

No complains at all except for one, with bowls usually the first item that goes on the bowl, it’s the rice. I have often asked for light (easy) rice and yet I get almost a full bowl of rice. Please take closer consideration to this matter. Thank you guys!!
My family loves Victor's. We eat here quite a bit with my aunt and uncle because they have options to fit their dietary needs. The food is always good, the staff is always friendly, and the place is always clean.
