Victorian Inn & Suites - Hotel in Nacogdoches - 3612 North St, USA

I have been staying here for a week and it is a very nice place the people that works here are very nice and they don't mind saying hello the location is great for food And also entertainment. Like I said, I've been here for a week. And I believe I'll be here for about another 3 weeks. Not in no hurry to leave. It's very quiet. And you cannot beat the price. I would recommend if you needed somewhere nice and quiet and clean to stay. Victoria inn is where you need to be. If I ever had to stay again I would not have to think about where I was going to stay. This is the place for me and my money. And I want to thank the staff for being so nice. Positive: Close to our activities. The exterior of the hotel is very dated but the rooms are remodeled and clean. Does not have the most plush or fancy bedding but comforatable, especially for the price. Second recent stay, staff friendly, accommodating. Negative: No Negative: ""

We found this facility to be perfect for what we needed as travelers. For the price point it was an excellent value. All the basics covered: clean, well maintained, coffee in the room, ice machine down stairs, television, and a/c worked great. There is also Wi-Fi which also worked great.||Please note though - many guest photos show a pool even though it is not listed as an amenity. The pool was not open during our stay - and I’m assuming it’s closed for good - just be aware in case you have your heart set on a pool. ||We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly Manager Nikki and Gentleman who checked our group in.||Very clean and updated room.|I loved the pillows. My bed was firm and comfortable.|The shower pressure was strong too.||We had arrived on motorcycles. |Parked them in front of our rooms and the night lighting was super bright.||No way any thief would be stupid enough to take a bike here.||Great places to eat across the street too. ||I only wish the pool had been open. ||Other than that I give it 5 stars!

We have stayed here several times over the years. I think the service has improved over that time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The building is well lit at night. It is a good choice for the money.

I heard a woman on the floor above me at 2:00am screaming “help me” and “call the police”, and could hear her being muffled and could tell she was physically fighting with a man. I would have called the cops myself but I could not tell which room it was and I didn’t want to get too close. I didn’t know which room it was so I went to the front desk and told the short indian guy (no offense. I couldn’t get his name), who had obviously just woken up. I told him everything I heard and where it came from but he said “I can’t do anything about it. I can’t call the cops right now. I will call them in the morning”. He should have taken what I said far more seriously. I myself was frightened from what I heard. This man is a horrible person for this as no woman should ever have hands put on her, and especially should not be ignored when she cries for help. I hope this review reaches the eyes of plenty of kind-hearted people.

My first time in the state of Texas was wonderful!! Me & my children absolutely loved it there! The hotel was extremely clean. The house keeping was very nice & so was the owners at the front desk! I honestly wouldn't choose another place to stay at if I ever get the chance to visit again!! We felt very welcomed! We also enjoyed the pool area every day which was very nice & clean! I actually hated leaving this morning to go back home. It was such a wonderful time! I would highly recommend no doubt!

Overall the hotel was clean and not very bad priced at all. The issue I had with this hotel is that either the soap or lotion made me break out into some serious pimples because before my stay there, my face was so clear and after using those products which I had believed to be safe my face just broke out in so many pimples, it was just insane. On top of the pimples being ALLL over my face THEY WERE IN MY SCALP TOO. I wouldn't recommend using their soap or lotion. The hotel itself was great but I'd just advise to BRING YOUR OWN SOAP!!
