Roof is leaking, black mold everywhere in the walls, decks are poorly built and falling down, run buy an extremely overweight, arrogant teenager that thinks she can slander other businesses. Retaining walls are falling down, full of methheads, and thieves.
For those complaining of price, you really won’t find a better deal for a 2 bed 2 bath in Boulder county (with laundry in unit too!). 2 beds also include VERY large decks which we loved. The maintenance team is very kind and quick to respond.
I lived at Victoria Inn 3 separate times for 6 years total. It was great! The maintenance team handled any request I put in and did a great job. The front office team has changed since my 1st time living there but they have always kept it professional and fair. They worked with me in every facility to make me feel welcomed. VI is a great place to live. It's too bad to see these negative reviews complaining about cost and discrimination. I can say Boulder County is expensive to live in.
Never once was I made to feel discriminated against. The entire crew at Victoria Inn rocks!
Loving my new home and neighborhood. Works great for my simple lifestyle.
I’m only putting one star because I’m forced to. Otherwise there would be none. The property manager is terrible at her job. The front office is..... Rude, unprofessional, discriminatory, The property is poorly maintained, they are doing illegal construction work calling it remodeled units. I’m sure they will respond to this post and indicate everything is up to code but I assure you it’s not. All around not somewhere anybody would want to live. Dishonest about expenses including the marketing they provide to the public.
What needs to change is contact information to the ownership. I think they would like to know what’s going on but the property manager and her assistant buried under the rug. The ownership is Haven property management in Louisville Colorado off of McCaslin. I think everybody who is frustrated with them should notify that office directly so that perhaps a change is made around here. A good example of a change that should be made as a new property manager immediately.
I would not recommend living in this over priced facility. The managers are rude and misleading. They discriminated against my spouse and I because of our race. We paid over $1300 for a small one bedroom that was basically falling apart because of how old the building are. Before we moved out they were gonna raise the rent to over $1500 for a shafty one bedroom. They harassed us about parking in OUR OWN parking port, they kicked us and my 3 guest out of the pool with no reason. The pool was empty and I was one guest over the limit Blanca rudely questioned my guests and kicked us out of the pool. We got harassed by the management and now we are being bullied into paying additional fees. DO NOT RENT HERE!
They allow short term lease (3 months), which is great for temporary housing. They also offer furnished apartments for short terms as well for only marginally more than the standard leases. Good experience so far.
Good place for relatively cheap rent. Staff were nice and it's in a good location with food coffee and gas all close by.
My husband and I moved to this complex about 5 months ago. This place is amazing. The staff do whatever in their power to make you happy and welcomed. The pool is always clean and grass mowed. Beautiful dog park and amazing location. There is a creek
Just got done with my first benchmark workout ðªI always forget how good I feel after a good workout. I love the evening classes, since I am not now or ever will be a morning person! Always clean and welcoming ð
So many good things to say about this place. We signed up for a free first timer lesson and fell in love with the environment and the coaches. Both my kiddos along with myself are attending different classes and are all learning so much and have been
Spencer is a fantastic personal trainer! I was very intimidated to hire a personal trainer initially, but Spencer's welcoming and enthusiastic personality immediately made me feel comfortable. Throughout working with him, he continually checked in w
