Great stay at the Victoria 1883. Hosts are all fabulous and very welcoming. The grounds are beautiful. Rooms are very elegant, contemporary and tasteful. Great location. Just close enough to Flager Street but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown. We have stayed at the other B&B on Flager and The Victoria is 100 times better in every way possible. Breakfast did not disappoint. Everything you expect in a 5- Star B&B. Highly recommend for anyone entertaining a stay in NSB.

Very nice weekend at New Smyrna Beach with a stay at Victoria 1883. Very pleasant room with a great breakfast. Our first trip to New Smyrna and will definitely go back. Good restaurants close by but a little farther from the beach than we expected. Great venue for a wedding

Absolutely perfect in every way. Stunning grounds, the aim itself is done to perfection without being over done. The host, the staff…the location…but let’s talk about breakfast…there’s avocado toast and then there is Heather’s avocado toast…which is gourmet creation that surprised and delighted us! Toast topped with avocado, Hickory bacon, lightly sautéed tomatoes, arugula, feta crumble and balsamic glaze. We shall definitely return and encourage you to come here! (And the pillows, bedding and mattress…top notch!)

My newlywed wife and I spent 3 nights here immediately following our wedding. I cannot overemphasize how amazing it was. We loved the house, our room, the staff and the setup. Fabiola and Sonda were amazing to us and made us feel like family. The rooms and house were renovated in an amazing fashion. The food was fantastic. I would recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely try and schedule another stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Victoria 1883 to celebrate our anniversary. This was our second time staying on the property and it was just as fantastic as the first! Fabiola and her team are top notch and every little detail has been meticulously thought out. Kudos to Chef Heather for amazing meals each morning, too! We can’t wait to come again!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary a little over a week at Victoria 1883 and this property was magical. Every single detail, the decor is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the staff is so attentive and pleasant, and the breakfast is delicious. The time that went into making this B&B clearly shows. We really enjoyed our time here. We cannot wait to go back.

We spent 3 nights at Victoria 1883 this July 4th and would recommend to anyone. Breakfasts are unique each day and Heather is a fabulous culinary master! Best breakfast in New Smyrna Beach. We loved the beautiful 500 year old oak grove. The authentic 1920s speakeasy is fascinating. The elevator is like the one in the Vanderbilt mansion in RI. Too much to mention. See for yourself.

This was me and my wife’s first experience at a B&B and it was incredible. This place had tons of character and history and they did an amazing job on the renovation. Very slick and modern with old school touches. Rooms were spacious and quiet for other people in the house staying. Didn’t see anybody else until breakfast the next day, which was pretty great. The breakfast was amazing, super fresh and the staff is second to none. Have already sent this place to several of our friends. When we come back to NSB we will for sure be staying here again.
