A Mexican restaurant without avocados?? Kinda like McDonald's without hamburgers. One star off for that. Arrived around 1700. The restaurant was open and welcoming. The menu is definitely Deep South Texas oriented but with a gringo twist if you are looking for that option. Our server was Mas Deep South Texas Friendly and knew the menu well! Our food came out hot, visually enticing, and was very tasty! We were looking for other options here in the greater Harlingen area. If they can get 🥑s.. It would definitely be a go back restaurant.. Plotted.. Scouts Out.

I loved it they are very welcoming and they like to have mariachi's go to their restaurants. Also their waiters are very friendly the food is very good and they have good prices. The plate I got was the Mexican Festa plate it was very good .

I hadn't been to Vicky's in what seems like ages but since I was in San Benito I decided to stop by on my way home. I think it's also fair to say it had even been longer since I had tried something off the lunch or dinner menu. I ordered the panchos con carne picado to go. The service was good and the restaurant was nice and clean . The panchos were good but lacked flavor. The tomato and avocado were a little too ripe as well. To some of you this may be just the way you like them but I prefer more flavorful meat and a little less ripeness for my veggies . Tomatoes and avocados don't taste good when they are overripe to some of us . Just a heads up on the panchos and hey maybe that just wasn't a good day to order the panchos

Everything here is so good so flavorful. The staff is amazing always on point. Breakfast is always great, but the enchiladas suizas are personally my favorite.

This restaurants has really delicious food. It's real authentic Mexican food with really great flavor. The staff was really great too. Will definitely be going back again. My date made lunch even better.

Omg best Beef Enchiladas ever 😋!! Went for the first time, and I'm definitely going back soon. The food was served fresh and hot. The service was great. I loved the atmosphere!

I was in San Benito attending a dear family members funeral and pulled over to search Google maps for a well rated place to eat before returning to S.A., Tx. I found this gem and wasn't disappointed with the food, service, atmosphere, or prices in comparison to portion size. My chicken enchilada plate was seasoned just right, and an order of a torta of beef fajita and avocado. We were pleasantly surprised that it included 2 in the order. The food was hot and served promptly. In my opinion It was all very good, and I recommend it if you're searching for a nice place to it.

There chicken fried chicken is humongous! Even with it's bigger in Texas size, it was well flavored and not dry. You could easily feed 2 people form it, 3 or 4 if you're not too hungry. My only gripe is that the men's restroom only has 1 stall and it appears to not be lockable. If you want some good food and a good environment, here is a place you just might like!
