My husband and I went here at around 11am on July 13th. There was a line but it moves so quick. There is a good bit of seating but around lunch time it gets packed. The burger and fries are great! They have a fry salt you can put on your fries near the drinks. I honestly can’t wait to come back and eat here. Their brownies are also good. I got the 4oz burger combo. It was plenty for me. My husband got the 8oz and it was almost too much for him. They really have their rhythm down for getting the orders in and out. I highly suggest eating here!
Best burger in Montgomery hands down, but they need somebody who knows how to drop French fries and get some patties going before 10,000 people get in line. Better get there by 10:50. Burgers are HUGE and all toppings are free, remember to put seasoned salt on the fries yourself.
Gunter Pile. Lil wait time for lunch hour rush but food was hot and fresh. Burgers, regardless of size, are fat. Gunter Pile is a burger with gravy fried crispy onion, grilled onion, cheese on a Pile of crispy fries. If you want a burger but something different, asked them to Pile it On !
From actual food truck years ago to the current restaurant I have been a huge fan of Vickie's work. Voted the best burger in AL before, I would agree. It's not what I would call fast food as everything is made fresh to order. Fresh fries and burgers. A short window during the day to order so yum yum go get you some. Parking at the new place may prove interesting though.
Vicki's is only open for lunch during the week. Family run business. The burgers are delicious! Three different size burgers with buns to fit (4 oz, 6 oz, and 8 oz). They also have hotdogs and french fries, but I've not tried those. They just opened their new place (March 2023) on Coliseum Blvd a hop and skip from Atlanta Hwy. Only downside, the burgers are cooked fresh when ordered, so if there is a line, be prepared to wait.
I had a friend recommend this place ahead of the Grand Re-Opening, Went down and got 3 Meals for myself and my co-workers... as expected on grand opening day it was very very busy. However The young lady at the counter was able to tell me that our order would take X time and Sure enough when I came back at that time it was ready. Let Me Tell You. Very Worth The wait. Amazing burgers, tremendous flavor, and I usually dont go in for fries but these were excellent too. 10/10 will be back!
Good burger for the price. This place gets busy and the line goes out the door. U would miss it if u didn’t know. Not greasy and they have some good sweet tea. It’s worth the wait when I get in there. My buddy complained there was too much mayo but mine was fine. Enjoy
Updated. They moved to Coliseum Blvd location. It is much improved, nice and food quality just as good. Be ready to wait as everything is made to order and always has a crowd. If you like fried bologna sandwich this is the place.
