Via Customers - Software company in Lehi - 2000 Ashton Blvd #100, USA

We were working with Via and they refused to cancel our subscription. They charged us without our approval and without us noticing for about a year after we stated that we wanted to cancel. It eventually stopped after we bought out of the scammy "contract", but then a few months later they RESUMED charging our card even though we had not been signed up for about 6 months. They kept trying to find ways to charge us even though we were not signed up and firmly stated we did not want to work with them. Do not work with this scammy company.

This company refused to stop charging our card after we stated we did not want to work with them. They charged us discreetly for long time without us noticing. They told us the only way to stop being charged was to buy out of their contract. After we did pay them a certain amount to stop charging us, they continued charging us a few months later. This company costed us thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing and refused to stop taking money out of our account.

This company is a disgrace to all Utah based companies. VIA provides a subpar sms service with terrible customer service and predatory contracts. They will not respond to my requests to not renew my contract so I've decided to leave this review so that someone will confirm that my contract WILL NOT be renewed. Via was recommended to my by a person with an affiliate relationship to Via that was not disclosed before I bought the contract. They try to scare customers with bad experiences away from leaving reviews and warning others by forcing you to sign contracts that try to prevent the disclosure of the terms of the contract. Shame on you VIA. I hope enough people report you to the FTC so they will take a look at your unfair business practices.

I am a customer that has been with this company setup by 3M. They are rude and will not work with me on my reimbursement HSA. I have a lifetime G plan as my supplemental insurance. I have been hung up on multiple times as well as lied to by Supervisor of the funding department. Bankers life or Colonial Penn. 9 documents have been submitted and my Premium for October 1 2022 is late I have paid one mont in advance. I am paid up to 11/22/2022 and they have placed my account on hold.

The worst company EVER!! Total scam! all they do is steal your money. I repeat save yourselves! Do not use this service! Any 5 start reviews they may have is ONLY from people who work there and are fake reviews! These people are a disgrace!
