I really wanted to love this place. I like Corvettes. I enjoy most sports bars and their standard food. But this place was very dark, understaffed, and needs a kitchen revamp or something. Our food was all overcooked - which is sad considering it was basically all fried foods. Chewy, nearly tasteless.. sad. I definitely wouldn’t go back unless they issue a major overhaul here. :-(
What can I say about this Vetts.. I feel like the food that we had was not that great, although I didn’t try anything everything on the menu. Some of the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Even though there was only one waitress in the whole restaurant, she was handling things great and very kind.
I am only giving this establishment 3 stars because I can see the appeal if you are a fan of corvettes. Other than that, the food was not that great. The blackened chicken sandwich had almost 0 flavor except for it being spicy. The fried catfish was incredibly greasy, and the hushpuppies were undercooked. The waitress was kind enough to bring us a new batch that was cooked properly. Overall, go there for the atmosphere and people, not the food
Outstanding as usual!!! One of the specials today is our #1 favorite - Gilled Cheese Pot-roast sandwich. So so mouthwatering delicious!! You have to get in early though, because this one sell out fast! We got it to take home. So good.
We regularly eat lunch here. The pepper jack steak sandwich is a legit steak! My wife says the drinks are tasty. The deserts are always great too.
Food is average- what you would expect from a bar. But the 2 times I've been, the staff have been so cranky. First time we went i chalked it up to busy/bad night. But it was dead when we went and we still felt like an inconvenience to the waitress just by being there. The menu prices (cocktails) are inaccurate and when I mentioned it so they knew and could update the menu, the waitress said "yeah we changed those a while back and just didn't change the menus" just a dollar doesnt matter but the fact that she knew and didn't tell me when I ordered bothers me.
Im going to be brutally honest because i believe thats what this place needs. I chose to eat here because of the ratings from the locals. We stopped by Vette's around 5pm on a Sunday. Place was not busy but had a party of 20 in the back. We ordered an appetizer of potatoe wedges with bacon and cheese. When they arrived at the table, the potatoe part of the wedges was not edible. Burnt to a crisp and then covered in cheese. I ordered the catfish dinner that comes with Cole slaw, hush puppies and fries. The person I was with ordered the turkey club with fries. After waiting about 30 minutes for our food, we realized there was only 1 waitress working the whole place. Someone from the kitchen brought our food out and walked away. I looked at my plate with disappointment as I noticed my fries were sitting in a pool of liquid. Upon further investigation I realized it was water dripping from the catfish nuggets as they were probably frozen at some point. I used my 1 napkin to soak up the fishy liquid that my fries were sitting in. Digging into the fish was not great either. Some parts were not done as other parts of the fish were overdone. My cup of tartar sauce had a film on the top of it, My fries were now soggy and smelled like fish. If I was going to choke this down, I needed ketchup and napkins. After waiting about 10 minutes we didn't see a waitress, so I got up and went to the bar, stood there about 5 minutes, still no waitress. So I sat back down, looking at other tables for ketchup. Finally, we see our clearly overworked waitress and she gave me a small cup of ketchup but by then my fish and soggy fries were cold. I should also mention that my partner, who eats almost anything, said the Cole slaw was gross. Dear Vett's, I hope you pay your waitresses a decent wage If you are going to understaff the place. Maybe 1 more person in the kitchen or on the floor would improve the overall quality of the entire place. A good cleaning wouldn't hurt either as the floors and tables are sticky enough to catch a mouse. This would be a pretty sweet place under different management..
I was a bit reluctant to order lunch for my team at Vettes after looking over reviews, however, was pleasantly surprised! 5 of us ordered an array of items which were all pretty good for bar food! The fries were super soggy, so we put them in the toaster back at the office to crisp them up. Cajun chicken sandwich wasn't very cajun-y, but very good choice, Philly cheese-steak honestly better elsewhere, ravs and salad lunch special decent, burger decent, pizza decent. The bartender was running her butt off and the only one working/hustling in the restaurant qith quite a few customers. She was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed out to go food and everything in the order was accurate!

If you donât drink, that is okay! This bar is amazing and better than most restaurants around. The food is the best. My husband loves their wings. The stuffed mushrooms are the bomb.com. We have had ribs in the past, Philly sandwiches, potato skins
I went here in Saturday for the first time. I really enjoyed it! There is a large selection of beer, cocktails, and wine. The beer flights are reasonably priced at $14 and you can pick almost any of the beers on tap. The food was a southern Cajun sou
What a great staff. Check-in person was very welcoming & had great recommendations for restaurants for dinner. The room was clean & comfortable. I love the walk-in shower instead of the tub/shower combo. The gentleman at checkout was equally pleasan

Always a great time in this wonderful park. Fairly new and still kept very clean. Ground is padded. This park has picnic tables, public restrooms, and adequate parking. A walking trail is near by.
