While out exploring various parts of the city, we discovered the River City Star river cruise. The river boat was out on a private excursion, but definitely looks like a place we want to return to.
Very nice park, nice soccer field.
We where here for a football game, and to watch the Norfolk High School band play. Had a great time. Masks where required, but like anywhere there were some that just don't get it when it comes to wearing a mask.
After my family left an ambulance was called due to a kid almost drowning. Oh and my cousin got a bruise yesterday during our visit. Otherwise pretty good apart from sun burns which where my fault. They also need a few more water slides.

Here’s a recommendation: Veterans Memorial Park events that charge admission should consider offering Veterans a break on their admission fee as a meaningful acknowledgement of service. It’s truly special when businesses do this, means a lot to the Vets! Possible ways to do this: Veterans=No admission, Veterans and their family 10% off or even limit to Active Duty and/or retired from Active Duty.
Nice facilities with lots to do. The parks are clean and so are the public restrooms. The staff on hand was very courteous.
Such an awesome comples for baseball and football.
Its a good place to hang with friends at football games, baseball games and the waterpark is pretty fun too!

Beautiful little shop. Has a good vibe and even better gelato. My favorite is their boba. They are always so sweet and kind as well. They even let me get extra boba pearls! Definitely a favorite local spot.
16" Stuffed pizza for $20 can't be beat. I ordered extra mushrooms and there was a very apparent extra amount of mushrooms. Most pizza places seem to struggle with the word extra.

Clean and quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. Everything we needed after a long day. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. With a great breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again
