I have been having this issue with Vesta from time to time. Happen again today when I clocked in the system (tablet) stated that I was over 1,000 feet away from the clients home that's impossible because I was in the exact same spot that as I am everyday. Somestimes it will say 25 feet, 9 feet, 100 feet when I am in the clients home, how is that possible when I am in the clients? The Designated Representative (DR) for my clients has called in about this same issue several times. One time they said that it was the Home Health Care Agency fault, another time they ask did the client live in an apartment building because sometime that could be an issue, no the client lives in an home and it's a single-story home. What is the problem with the Vesta system? What are they doing? and why are they doing this? I do my job in my clients home and not over 1,000 feet away, something is wrong with their system and they know it is.
I myself do not have a problem with Vesta App( I have unlimited data with AT&T) but the 2nd attendent has problems with it letting him clock in and out and he has the screen shots to show.I think its because of your wifi your using on your phone if you have an off brand carrier or your out of cellular phone towers range or you have your data turned off to save your data you can have a real problem using the app which makes it unreliable for some. so I ordered the 2nd employee a taken/fob I will send a new review after he starts using the fob.
Vesta staff used to be so helpful but now it's sub par.. techs do not seem to know everything about where to obtain what were looking for and also the system has the down flaws that occur too often. In addition I've asked on a few occasions on specific reports however I was informed those are not certain capabilities at this time. Its unfortunate because this program used to do so well.
I wonder where this company is headed to. The EVV system stays down most of the time. When will Texas Medicaid / HHSC put their foot down and demand a better system. It’s getting worse by the day with unanswered calls to their support desk to add to the injury their TMHP billing software is down as well👎
Almost everyday My employee complains it says she is hundereds of miles away on clock out.....

Bandera coffee is a true gem of Harlingen! The coffee shop has a super cute vibe, very southwest, and minimalistic. We had an ice latte, which was amazing and a quad shot espresso, also amazing and super cute and presentation. True coffee artist.
Great coffee shop! I didnât try any food because I only went for a drink but I would assume that the food is very tasty. Barista was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had a a basic latte with honey to sweeten it and it was perfect! Great
