It is hard for me to follow an exercise program because of my schedule. However this place and their coaches have been working so hard to give me key activities and daily exercises even online, small routines, for me not to give up. They are the best! The box itself, the people, the music, everything is so awesome!

Had a great experience at Verum fitness. Carlos the trainer worked with me on techniques that I’ve never used before, that were extremely helpful. The whole vibe was positive and everyone supported one another through the whole workout. I definitely recommend Verum to anyone who wants to make a life changing decision for their body.

As a person who has never done CrossFit, I definitely recommend VerumVi CrossFit. I been coming to this gym for two weeks now (after trying a free class) and I absolutely love it! The owner, coaches and members are awesome! They are attentive and positive. Also, coaches will modify workouts as needed while making sure you are still pushing yourself towards progression.

I have been a member of Verum Vi for just over two weeks, and I have been blown away by several things in this box. As someone who had worked out in the gym, but never done CrossFit, I’ve gotten far more than I’ve expected from my time there. First, the workouts and coaches are incredible. I expected this when joining, what I didn’t expect was the focus on prehab and rehab that keeps you going, with a focus on keeping you from getting injured. I’ve also worked out at several different times, and managed to have a class with each of the coaches. They all show great care and concern for all of the members, and they take time to work with you as an individual. Another thing I did not expect was the sense of community at the box. As mentioned above I’ve worked out with several different classes and times. Each class has its own personality and I’ve yet to meet a single person that isn’t warm, welcoming and helpful. Each new member goes through an individual meeting before joining and the owners describe the community as “a family”. I heard this, but didn’t necessarily believe it. I was wrong, this is definitely a family environment and it is fantastic. If you are looking for a new box, I highly recommend checking Verum Vi out. Awesome coaches, great people, community all with a focus of improving lives.

I tried out a few CrossFit boxes in the Katy area and would definitely recommend Verum Vi over the rest. The classes are small and personable, as I often felt invisible at the larger boxes. The coaching is encouraging and passionate, they want to see their clients succeed and work diligently with each one of us to make sure we perform the movements correctly and efficiently. My strength has improved tremendously since I started, I especially like the Olympic weightlifting class as we spend more time on stretching, warming up the muscles, and nailing down the lifts. Verum Vi is a great place to get fit!

The best gym I have ever experienced, by far. What makes it so incredible are the owners and head coaches. They're great people that genuinely care about their members. It is obvious that they aren't just running a business, they are actually passionate about Crossfit, making each member a better athlete, and providing for their members. Other boxes have a habit of feeling too "corporate". I am happy to call this box home.

I was skeptical about starting Crossfit when I first walked into Verum Vi. However, after meeting the wonderful staff there, they put my mind at ease. The elements class gave me a great foundation to understand the workouts and feel more comfortable in my abilities. Classes are fun, never boring and always different. I've met a great bunch of people at Verum Vi that are both supportive and competitive. We push each other to be better athletes, but don't make fun of each other for our shortcomings. After hearing horror stories about Crossfit gyms, and now seeing what a Top Rate Gym looks like, I would highly recommend Verum Vi to anyone who wants to be more fit and a better version of themselves.
