Vermella Harrison - Apartment complex in Harrison - 1100 Frank E Rodgers Blvd S, USA

We have been living here for more than 2 years, and I have to say this is probably one of the best apartment buildings I have lived in. What's great: 1. The units are spacious, if you are looking for the most space with the best price, this is your place. 2. Amenities: The gym and the swimming pools are the best around the area and one of the main reasons we chose here in the first place. You can actually do lap swimming in the summer and get a great workout down! 3. Great insulation: I've never heard anything from my neighboring units. 4. Friendly staffs and neighbors What's not so great are the Redbull arena matches that can be a pain especially the international ones. But that's mainly because of the city's poorly designed traffic flow. But overall, I really like it here and if you are looking for a place to rent in Harrison, I say look no further!

I've just moved into Vermella Harrison and the experience of working with Taylor and the team was amazing. The leasing office staff are super proactive in communicating thoroughly; they also are experienced and knowledgeable enough to anticipate (and solve!!!) issues before they arise. Although a lot has been happening and I had hardly enough time to devote to the process, Taylor was really understanding and worked with me to create a realistic timeline. She also coordinated resources and connections with insurance/service providers very effectively. All in all, thanks to Taylor, moving in has been one of the smoothest experiences I've had.

After living here for more than 3.5 years I have to say that this is the best apartment complex in the area. Being next door to PATH station you are only less than 30min away from the city. The apartment itself is the best part, quality materials and well insulated walls. The leasing office staff (Jennifer and Taylor) are so kind and always ready to help. The maintenance team (William and others) are super nice and are always ready to provide instant maintenance services. Amenities are amazing, you have everything you need, from gym and pool to clubroom and rooftop. I highly recommend this place. They have the most professional team.

Just moved in to Vermella Harrison. Shoutout to Taylor – she assisted us throughout the leasing process, and we had a wonderful tour with her. It's great to have her as our guide. She's definitely one of the reasons I like Vermella Harrison. She was always there to address our concerns via email and phone, and our application process was smooth. She's amazing! (I've attached a picture where Taylor opened the snacks refrigerator, very lovely!) (Another picture shows the welcoming bag and inside the bag with daily essentials. Seeing this warms our hearts; you can tell the staff put a lot of effort into it.) I'd also like to give a shoutout to Jennifer from the leasing team and William from the maintenance team. They are both kind and make us feel welcome here. We've just moved into Vermella Harrison, and so far, everything's cool. We've met some great staff members here, which is a big plus for this apartment. I'll come back with an update after living here for a couple of months and share our thoughts.

Working with Taylor from Vermella Harrison was truly such an enjoyable and seamless process. She stayed in touch for months, making me aware of units available, pricing, etc. I finally found a unit in my price range and signed a lease & the entire process was truly so easy, quick, and stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment/management team to anyone looking to rent in the area!

Taylor from the leasing office was so kind, professional, and thorough. She patiently answered all of my questions and really broke down my options for me. The building was beautiful, very clean and all updated. I loved the parking lot options, updated gym and pool as well as the prime location to the PATH station. I also loved that there were two options for studio layouts, as most apartments don't even have studio apartments. Thank you Taylor.

It's been amazing even before I moved-in, they helped me out to understand everything I needed to know about Vermella. Big shoutout to Taylor for providing me all the assistance during this process. I've been living here for a couple of weeks now and I can say I made the right call, the building has well maintained amenities such as swimming pool, gym, conference rooms, etc. plus, the PATH it's right next to your door which is nice especially for those who commute to the city. The apartments are spacious, well insulated and well kept. I am really enjoying my time at Vermella.

I had an issue with the ceiling fan lighting and to order a new one it might have taken a week. But Williams was able to fix the lights by finding a replacement immediately. Thank you so much 😊😊 As of Dec 12: Even if I had a minor issue, the staff was able to resolve it the next day unlike other places where you have to wait forever. The Apartment and the vicinity itself is so clean and the apartment floors are also cleaned on regular basis. The staffs are excellent and helpful I can't really comment on the negative reviews but so far I had only positive experience
