Verizon - Cell phone store in Oak Creek - 120 W Town Square Way Suite 100, USA

Noah greeted us immediately upon walking in and let us know he would be with us shortly. He was so professional and kind! He was able to fix an issue for us that we were not able to resolve over the phone. I can’t give enough kudos for his professionalism, his promptness and his kindness!

I'm here in the store David the store manager is very mean. He told me to leave the store as well. I did nothing wrong. He attacked me as soon as I walked in the store. I want to put in a complaint. I asked a tall skinny guy with glasses to help me instead he refused. I've been in the store several times always they were respectful. Until I came in today.

I was insulted by the store manager here. He loudly belittled me in front of the the other customers and employees. I became inpatient because I saw that he was not assisting anyone and I had a return, it was a phone case that would have taken a minute or less to return. The customers that we being helped were buying phones& discussing service plans . I had been waiting over 20min to make this simple return. I asked the manager why he couldn't make my return if he was just standing there not helping anyone and I said this is ridiculous. He then loudly told me "I'm gonna have to ask you to leave if you don't BEHAVE" It was so insulting. I was too upset to stay after that, I ended up simply just walking out the door quietly, without a word but I was furious. I want the District Manager to contact me about this treatment I received in this store by the manager that works at this Oak creek location

Some days ago I visited the Greenfield, Wisconsin Verizon branch,the technician there thought he solved my phone sim card problem. After few days, the problem returned, went this time to Oak Creek, Wisconsin Verizon branch where ( hopefully) this time the problem is resolved. The associate was really kind.

Beto is the best! I explained to him a challenging situation. He understood and handled the transaction in a compassionate yet efficient manner.

Verizon has been nothing but good. I just wish they would be a little cheaper in regards of phone services. Otherwise I will have stayed with them but they have nothing but great customer service

The manager at this store is unprofessional, insulting and rude. I am extremely offended by the way he spoke to me. I will never step foot inside this location again nor could I recommend after the terrible experience I encountered.

Went to get a new Sim card to up date so hopefully I would get better service up north in Quincy,Wisconsin Adams friendship Payed more money for better service because on weekends cell service doesn't work from the cell tower in that area Can only make 911 calls Says I'm not in network And text messages are always pending at peak time .from 5pm till late night all week end long Very poor cell service 😢 During the week it works but it takes a long time to send pictures Not very happy with Verizon
