Donna took care of me when I got my Pixel 6, and was great today as well when I replaced that witha Pixel 8. Very professional, courteous, helpful, patient with me in explaining things I didn't understand. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I was out of contract with my current provider, and decided to shop around after yet another negative experience with US Cellular. I spoke with Donna on the phone, and headed to Verizon. Tiara was incredibly friendly and helped me with my iPhone upgrade. We had an issue with the backup transfer so she let me take both phones home to complete. Jorge was helpful and cheerful the next morning when I came back to complete the upgrade
