Absolutely the very BEST customer service ever!!! Went in yesterday and bought phone & watch. Jeremy and Aaron were very helpful. Today I went in 3 times only one person working Travis who was kind, patient and extremely professional to each person who came in. Other companies especially Verizon should take notice. Walked in one person working never said hello a couple at the counter and another single lady alone stayed 30 min then left ...maybe a hi its just me it may be a little bit would be aknoledging...but really.. everyone knows that phone places each person is at least 30 min plus why one person working? And u say shedule a appointment Who has time to schedule paying a phone bill u can't pay online because of a locked cc system of yours! ....worst phone service ever?!?!

Grant helped me get my new phone. He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable with all products, plans, and accessories. This was, by far, the best Verizon experience I have ever had, completely due to being helped by Grant.
