I was having some technical issues with AT&T where they wouldn't and couldn't solve any issue with my SIM card. Justin was a gentleman from the start easy and approachable. Tiara the MOD was super attentive and extremely helpful. Yesterday I was getting blessed all day and I just want everyone to know that Justine and Tiara are a blessing. I'm typing this review with the phone you two miraculously helped me set up. Mahalo to you both.
The best customer service I’ve had with a Verizon retailer on island, hands down. I met with Justin who was very patient, kind, and friendly. He went through my available plan/upgrade options and even helped me get a new phone AND bring down my monthly bill with the assistance of Allessa, and T, I felt very taken care of. 100/100.

The service here was really outstanding and AMAZING! I got me a new iPhone 15 pro max and it’s working WONDERS! The budget I had is $300 cause that’s all I could afford and my helper Rey did a great job in making my budget worth it while still having a great experience! He’s well informative and well-versed in his line of work! The other guy that was also there is also amazing in do sorry I didn’t catch his name! All in all it is amazing service and well highly recommend coming back here for any future endeavors!
Great service. I called. Justin answered. He was at my side in a snap when I arrived! Took care of me and made me wanna come back! The other two stores I tried to go to? Not so much. Pearlridge and Kapolei. Ewwww. Got slimed. But Mililani? ACES!!
