Already so famous and excellent service. But I must say this store has exceptional staff and atmosphere. Highly recommend

Suddenly my phone screen woke up yesterday late night. We changed two new phones and they are kindly updated our used programs to make them all work. Thank you so much that we will visit this store again in the future.

I went to several Verizon stores about 5 years ago but this one had the best service by far. My phone broke this year and so I went again to get a new one, and there were some problems with the getting the new number activated but the owner was very nice and guided us through the process very well. I am very thankful and 100% will be going again.

He was very helpful and patient to go over everything that I need to know and provide a wonderful customer service.
