On my last visit, I came down to review my plan and decide whether to stay with Verizon, or switch to my company-provided mobile plan. There were two employees in the store, and they were both working with a single customer. I sat in the store (10 feet away) without being greeted or acknowledged for 20 minutes before walking out.

Joel was awesome. He helped me to set up my new iPhone 14 pro and he was very professional. It helped that he also had a sense of humor and let me know some extra details about how to improve my phone plan. Would definitely come back!
Edit: Came back a few days later to work with Joel again. He got me an amazing deal to get a new Apple Watch with a cellular line and everything! When I didn’t find the one I wanted in stock, Joel made sure to keep me updated when it would be in stock and did not disappoint! I now am extremely happy with a new series 7 Apple Watch and will be more than happy to come back and work with him again in future Verizon transactions. Thank you Joel!
