Verizon - Cell phone store in Tumwater - 5178 Capitol Blvd SE, USA

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Verizon. Someone in the staff assured my brother and me that if we signed a three-year contract, we would receive free phones and that our monthly bill would be reasonable. We even traded in three phones to get the latest iPhone models. However, our monthly bill has consistently exceeded $400, with additional charges for rental equipment. This was never communicated to us upfront. I feel misled and dissatisfied with the service we received. I cannot recommend Verizon based on this experience. Consider staying with your current provider or exploring other options such as T-Mobile.

Wonderful customer service!!! This team is so helpful and friendly, they took extra time to help with a phone issue and fixed an issue I could not get resolved when I called in directly to Verizon!

Jesse was our sales representative, he provided top notch, fantastic customer service! *Edit 8-31-2024* Had to go back because my Pixel 5a finally took its known screen dive and I needed a new phone. It took on water/moisture damage and my phone screen turned into something out of the scene from the movie Poltergeist. Joined my partner's Verizon plan, we requested Jesse specifically because of our previous experience with him. His soft skills are as smooth as butter, I never felt any of that "salesman pressure" and he still did his job and offered the extra services he is tasked to offer. I got a nice Samsung 24 and a UAG case for it. The case is in two of my favorite colors; olive drab green with a tiny bit of orange trim. I'm not a fan of all of the extra apps that I inevitably deleted off the Samsung 24, including Farcebook, but that's a Samsung contract thing and not a Tumwater Verizon store thing or a Jesse thing. Thanks again, Jesse. The other employees were also very amicable and courteous. It's actually one of the most, how to say, "relaxed feeling", wireless provider stores I've ever been to. You guys rock, thank you.

I had Takashi help me. I had to get a new phone. I went from a iPhone 10 to 15. He was very nice, professional, polite, and got it all done quickly as well as let me know of all the promotions that were going on. He is a valuable employee.

Shout out to Jesse Gillihan and Chase Morrow for the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I started having problems when I was at the Verizon store in Lacey and I switched to my own account, about 1 month ago. I returned to the Lacey store and they was not able to fix the problem and told me I should call customer support to receive help. I did that and the customer support said there was nothing they could do it was a problem with Apple. So I called them and they told me there was nothing they could do because it’s a problem with Verizon. I again called Verizon customer support and I was on hold for over an hour and I was hung up on three times. I was so frustrated and didn’t know what to do. I decided I would try to go to the Verizon store in Tumwater. That’s where I met Jesse and not only did he fix the problem but he talked to me about promotions I was eligible for. I walked out with a new I phone 15 and he saved me a ton of money and kindly connected everything for me. And Chase was also very helpful in the process by helping me and helping Jesse who I discovered was fairly new to this Verizon store and was still on a “probation period “. So shout out to the customer service at the Tumwater Verizon store they ROCK!

Worst customer service ever. I have a business phone line that doesn't work, missing buiness calls and no one will help me. I'm switching back to Comcast which I thought I'd never do. Do not get verizon for your business they will not help you with anything!

DO NOT do business with authorized dealer of Verizon and go to the corporate store. The only one in the area is at Capital Mall. Take your business there! We went into this store with hopes of transferring one of our phones to a phone that we own. While there we were sent home with a quote that was too good to be true. After looking it over we headed back into the store to accept the deal. They gave us a copy of the promotional phone prices that we were supposedly eligible for and were beyond happy. We signed the promotional contract and then were told to just sign here as well. Without questioning we signed two times. One was the promotional contract and the other was apparently our new bill that was NOT the amount we agreed to! We left with our correct estimated bill quote and our promotional contract. Then our bill comes and is NOT what we agreed upon. They did a bait and switch on us! They were charging us double the agreed upon price for our new phones because we were foolish enough to just sign here. Luckily we called Verizon and After explaining everything they honored our contract we had left with. If we did not hold onto this piece of paper I’m Not sure what would have happened but grateful the “real” Verizon took care of us! This independent dealer is shady! Please take your business to Capital Mall where you will be in good hands!
