Take too much time only so they can sale promotion stuff . We get it for promotion and returnable for one month so when we went for return there policy totally changed even though in under 15 days
New customer here. Going to Verizon was a huge mistake. Mainly because of the worst customer service. 2nd Verizon in my area with horrific customer service. 1st Daniels street in Manteca and then Lathrop Rd in Lathrop. I’m trying one more tomorrow in another city. I can’t believe I have to search for a store just to get any type of decent service.
The tech had excellent customer skill and was very knowledgeable.
I hope I’m getting my guys name right- I think it was Jonathan. He was super helpful and the process didn’t take long at all.
It was great. I had no complaints about the store itself.
Great Store! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! Will return with all my Verizon needs in the future!
Good people, good store, good service, great atmosphere. Just doesn't get any better.
"Absolutely the Worst Customer Experience Ever!
I entered the store with a simple request: to get my phone turned on. Initially, they tried to charge it, which seemed reasonable. However, things took a turn for the worse when they started attempting to access my account without obtaining my consent. I understand that Verizon may require account access for certain procedures, but what followed was unacceptable.
They brought out a phone and began to insert my SIM card into it without explaining anything to me. Throughout the entire time I sat there, they failed to provide any clarity on what they were doing. Once my SIM card was successfully transferred, my notifications and text messages started appearing on this unfamiliar device. Notably, some of my private texts were displayed as well.
When I questioned "GABRIEL" about this breach of privacy, he vehemently denied any wrongdoing. It became evident that there was a lack of verbal consent on my part for them to access my messages. In response, GABRIEL abruptly disconnected the phone and informed me that he could not assist any further, suggesting that I should contact customer service instead.
What astounded me was that the moment I raised concerns about their actions and work ethics, I was unceremoniously escorted out of the store. I even requested a simple phone charging attempt to see if that would resolve my issue, but GABRIEL dismissed it as 'loitering.' All of this happened because I dared to question their workflow.
It's disheartening to see that the days of walking into a store for straightforward assistance have vanished. This individual's rudeness and their sole focus on gaining access to your account for potential sales are deeply concerning. I wholeheartedly advise everyone to seek help elsewhere, as this location's work practices do not meet even the most basic standards of customer service."
