Verizon - Cell phone store in Austintown - 5507 Mahoning Ave, USA

Maranda was great to work with; I was ready for replacement for my iPhone 12 and she had all the info I needed to make up my mind. She answered questions I had about my old phone, helped me set up apps on my new iPhone 15, all the while answering the phone and dealing with walk in customers. Based on my experiences, being at the TCC store was more personable than at a corporate store.

Miranda was exceptionally helpful to my sister and myself. She was very friendly and explained every little detail. She is highly recommended as an employee. She gets 5 stars.

Miranda took care of me and she was very knowledgeable very professional and very sweet. I was happy to find someone who knew what they were doing and I was very pleased with her service. I will come back to her again

Ok, Here's the deal with this store, as I only give honest reviews. I have gone into this store on many occasions, and each time, they have denied the policy agreement that is set in place by Verizon Corp. Verizon has even put their policy agreement in my account in the note for them to view and verify, and this store will still refuse to follow their own agreement. Yes, this is a Verizon authorized store, and it is one of their own. They are there if you want a phone, and I would even question that as you can call Verizon Corp and get a better deal than going to this store and doing business with them. And by the way, they don't keep everything you see in the store. And if you need anything else, good luck getting that too from this store. My advice is to call Verizon for a better deal on a new phone deal than going to this store.

Well, this wasn't just a great experience with Miranda and Verizon. This was professional , friendly and genuine all rolled into one. My experience should be a training video on customer service. Verizon, you have a winner working for you. Don't let her get away.

Had an amazing experience at the Austintown Verizon after my ancient iPhone finally bit the dust. I believe I worked with Liz (sorry if I’m wrong) and she was so friendly and answered all my questions to the tee. Also had a great time interacting with the other staff as well. The new phone looks awesome and the transfer between my old phone to new was quick and easy. 10+ years with this store with zero issues ever!
