I was an employee in Texas. Best company to work for and the benefits were unbelievably great. Verizon sold off our portion of business that I worked and we was given a buyout. I wish I was able to stay.

The way Keelto spoke to me was atrocious. He was rude, condescending and aggressive. I have been unable to receive text messages for over a week. It is have a significant impact on my employment and my personal life. I did not receive empathy or understanding. I got vague non answers, or incorrect answers and absolutely rude commentary. I can't believe any employee is allowed to speak to customers like that.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. Impossible to reach anyone by phone. Emails are generally ignored--maybe 1 in 10 are responded to. Entirely unable to get any assistance with an existing account, unless of course you want to purchase new products/services--then they are responsive. Highly disappointing.

Temple Terrace, Fl 1986- Verizon Data Services 7701 E Telecom Pkwy, Temple Terrace, FL *** I would like to say how proud I am of being over all the safe and secure construction of this whole center called Tampa Telecom Park up to 60% of completion. I was the Building Inspector over the whole project of land development for the commercial subdivision and the large data center with the 3 large initial buildings which were the anchor for the project then called GTED or "GTE Data" Center. It was a low bid job being done by a hard to deal with non-union contractor. They had to bring in labor from other cities to show the contractor-managers how to do some of the concrete work. It was a fight every day to get what Robins and Co Architects, the designers, wanted along with GTE Data and get safe and secure steel and concrete work done. One day a sink hole swallowed a concrete truck loaded, but we got it out. I worked for Robins and Company. My assistant for the civil work from the civil firm was an alcoholic; another young assistant with another company there in my office stole all things he could get his hands on; I hired several guys with Law Testing to help me with quality control over my time there. Counting my salary and what was paid to Law Testing it was only one tenth of one percent of the whole cost of the $50 million project and Jimmy Robins was pissed as hell along with the GTED architects from up North. They got a steal of a deal but were too stupid to know it. My secretary was always pissed cause I would not buy her lunch each day, and the company would not foot the bill; we were in the middle of no-where as this was 1986. My secretary got her car stuck in the mud one day; I called a wrecker and he got stuck in the mud, and then a bull dozier came and had to pull them both out. No cost to the secretary of course. I was only making $37.500; half my normal salary had been with Lockwood Greene Engineers as a senior construction manager. (The price to work in Tampa, it appears.) Anyway, when the company that was to make all the glass filed for bankruptcy it halted the project about 60% complete, and I was laid off. To this day I never heard another word from anyone even if I emailed them.

i would like to let you know your service sucks since the pandemic hit for whatever reason. When I attempted to switch service providers verizon kept me on the chat for an hour and disappeared from the chat not resolving my issue. Then they disconnected my service and booted me out of verizon so I could not log in and get my account number to complete transfer. My old number is now lost because of this. I was unaware that the did this. I have lost all respect for verizon and am glad I went over to spectrum. Now I expect verizon to retaliate and try and charge me an excessive amount on my last bill
