0% Help had appointment were not busy got there early made me wait until half-hour after my appointment would not take me early when I got there None of the older people that used to help you are there anymore piss poor place and to find out couldn't help me and walked away from me when they finally got to me can't believe there still in business with the un helping crew working there its a real shame There only there to make sales guy said right to me sad went to Best Buy and got everything working in 15 min. Thanks Best Buy

Typically good customer service, depending on who you talk to. Usually able to get what I need completed/fixed.
