Logan was truly a life saver! He went above and beyond in every direction to walk me through every option for a new phone and make sure that I got the best deal. I lost my phone while on a road trip so he stayed in late and explored creative solutions to make sure that I walked out with a phone today. Although coming in stressed, he made the experience fun and easy!

This store is the best! I was told by the Maple Grove store that I didn't qualify for any promotions since I wasn't adding a line and that I should do my transaction online. Instead I came to the Champlin store and received excellent service! I got a free phone, internet, and Netflix on my Verizon bill now. I would highly recommend Champlin Verizon over Maple Grove any day. Thanks guys for hooking me up!
