I unfortunately did not have the same experience with Jatin. I came to this store because another Verizon store was trying to fraudulently give me a used phone. Jatin would not help at all, was rude, and not understanding. I will never return to this store again until it is under different management. If you are giving him business I believe he maybe pleasant to work with...if you just need help, I think you will see quite a different side.
What a great shopping experience. Jatin was awesome in helping us selecting our phones and cases to protect them. He took the time and patience to explain everything and did the transfer of our data to our new phones. Very happy customers!
Real customer experience during a horrible lost phone experience! Top notch service! I came in late one Sunday before close because I lost my phone in a lake. Jatin was so knowledgeable with Samsung products and software. He spent well over an hour trying to help me try to retrieve all my lost data. He did everything he could to help me understand the software and programs in place so that i dont lose my data again. He also made sure he was finding the right deal to get me the best price. Jatin was absolutely amazing and that's why I have come back for more products and services and even help when I have questions. Great asset to the company.
The sales people are truly incredible! Came in they explained everything perfectly for me in such easy terms! Did not even feel like a “dealership” they made sure i got the best deal and helped me pick out the best accessories as well! They even put on the screen protector for me as well! Deserve 10 stars for making it such a smooth and painless experience! Highly reccomended and will be telling everyone to come to this store from now on!
