Kevin Schoenholz was extremely helpful over several encounters in the Verizon office. He is very knowledgeable on technical and service issues. Through this experience Kevin was always patient, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help us make decisions and accustom ourselves to our new products and services Chris and Kathy Drew

Went in right before close after my phone greenlined malfunctioned. Kendra happily helped me even though they were about to close, got me water and transferred all my data quickly. Happy with her service:)

Today I had the most awesome experience with a rep named Miles at the Somerset Street Verizon location. If I could give this gentleman 10 stars I would. I have been trying to correct issues with our business and personal accounts for months and it has been a horrific and frustrating experience. Miles spent an hour fixing every problem, suggesting ways to reduce expenses and was the most knowledgeable and helpful Verizon employee I’ve ever encountered. He is exactly what every professional working in customer service should aspire to! I’m never going to like Verizon, but if they hired more people like him they might change my mind. This has experience has truly been a Turkey Day Miracle😂

Upgraded 2 devices today with Kendra who was so helpful and so patient with us and our kiddos as we struggled to remember passwords and navigate our devices. Very relieved to have such a great Verizon store so close to home! Highly recommend.

I came in to get help with a screen protector for my iPad that I use to draw and take notes in college. I was lucky enough to be helped out by Kris who could not have been more kind, charismatic, and SO helpful! My iPad looks great now with no dust or bubbles under the screen anymore - he helped to perfection! Thank you Kris, and I’d highly recommend you!!!

Ben was patient and attentive and took the time to explain things about my new phone thoroughly . I would recommend him to any one looking for a phone . This is the second time I have had Ben White and this time I asked fir him by name because I knew he would take good care of me
