When I went into the store to check on some dropped calls I was experiencing, Aaron and Eric surprised me with a fantastic promotional offer that I could not refuse. The excellent service they provided me was exceptional and reminded me why I always choose their store for my service needs. Mahalo Aaron and Eric!

If I could give zero stars I would. I should have known better than to do business with a non-corporate store. I was offered a deal for a trade-in that they will not honor. It's been almost a year with no resolution and they still have my phone that I traded in. Do yourself a favor and avoid any non-corporate Verizon stores especially this one.

No response. Asked to add to my plan on Friday. Store employee said he'd call to confirm on Saturday. It's Sunday no call no response. One star is too generous

Shantelle was very friendly and very helpful when I went in to inquire about the promotion that we received by email. Jayron had texted to inform us that Shabtelle helped us with the promotion and checked when would be a good time to come in. When we got there Khloey was very friendly and helpful in doing our transferring of our new phones. Jayron was very patient and knowledgeable on all the questions that we had. All three were awesome!!!

The customer service was great! Maddison and her Co worker are great with helping me to understand my new phone. Madison helped me to find a good phone with a watch.
