The hike was steep, challenging and fun. I could see Burbank airport from multiple stops. The sunset was gorgeous! I didn't have enough time to climb all the way to the top before it got pitch black. I'll have to come back another time.
This is in a GATED Community that did not let us drive in. Walked to the “trail head” which was blocked off by a locked gate. Not sure why this is even on google maps to be honest…
Not much shade, but a nice hike early morning or late afternoon. A good secluded escape from the city, but close enough to not be a huge commitment. Saw a bunch of animals too. Nice for a nature nerd like me. Interesting to see the remaining fire damage, but nice to see plants starting to grow back already. The remains of a deer I came across made the "Dangerous Animals" warning sign a bit more heed-able lol.
The perfect balance of intensity and distance for hiking. There are multiple vantage points to appreciate the valley that surrounds them. Definitely a must for anyone who enjoys exercising or exploring new hiking trails!
Great place for hiking and the perfect view of the city
If your looking for a leg workout this is the place plus look at the sunset
Verdugo Mountain Park has amazing views and nice trails to hike. I truly enjoyed walking with my four legs son and husband.
This leads you to a gated community. I have no idea why it’s on maps as a hike
