I arrived for my tour this past Saturday January 20,2024 and the office was CLOSED. Someone by the name of “Raul” confirmed my tour via email but yet the office was Closed. Definitely a sign not to move to Vera ha unprofessional

The apartment units are spacious and modern. You can actually fit a king size bed in very comfortably unlike most apartments or condos. Not to mention 12’ ceilings on the top floor add even more space and windows. The apartments are quiet, which is perfect. No craziness. And lastly, it’s a smoke free community. - The staff is excellent. Brittany is exceptionally amazing for her hard work and dedication to ensure you’re having the best move-in and living experience.

I love my new home at Vera. It’s quiet, the apartment is lovely and spacious with a lot of potential to decorate and truly make it feel like a home. Chelsea has been wonderful and accessible when I’ve had questions, needed information or minor situations taken care of. I love that the property is tucked away in a quaint location out of the hustle and bustle but easily accessible to all the needs such as the beach, Publix, restaurants, St. John’s Town Center all within minimal or a short drive accessible by 9B or 295. Art M. and Art C. have been wonderful also. Timely and efficient as well as very helpful when I put in a request, needed information or had questions. Although, i haven’t met Dakota in (maintenance) I trust he’s be just as helpful and timely as Art & Art.

I absolutely love it here. It’s been only two months, but the place is clean, the staff always goes above and beyond to help, especially Neysha. She is absolutely amazing.

I am really impressed with the maintenance team! I was surprised that they came just hours after I sent my request for inspection. Art and his team did an amazing job and is very friendly! Vera is the best!

I begin another great year here at Vera Luxury Living. My 4th and I love living here. Summer is right outside my door with a beautiful resort style pool and great amenities. Food Trucks, pool events and a large gym. We have a great management team and the A-Team of Maintenance.

Great place to live and great location! I feel very safe living here, there is one way in and one way out with a gate that locks which makes me feel good to sleep at night. It’s very modern and has great amenities and the apartments themselves are very well kept and updated on modern trends. The staff here is so friendly and always answers the phones when I call for questions. Maintenance here is superior. They get to work fast and efficiently. It doesn’t take days on end for them to fix any issues they work fast and get it done for you. I really appreciate Arthur and Arthur from maintenance and all their hard work and the grounds keeper, John is also phenomenal. He’s always working so hard to keep the grounds clean and lovely. My only negative about my experience here is the new paint color on the exterior. We are in NEF and this is a very south Florida color/look. I loved the blue we had before because it was very modern and not too flashy. I am not a fan at all or the new color and I feel like if they do not update all the amenities to reflect this new color it will look even worse with having random orange and then blue decor. Other than that I love it here, just wish they would keep the color the same as it was before and not orange.
