Venture Inn - Motel in Denver - 7333 N Pecos St, USA

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. The service was great . Even thou I came in late the lady behind the desk got up and still rented me a room. She was very nice and very helpful .. Even thou it was pretty late. She was very nice. Which is a great asset in customer service of any kind. It was a nice place to stay.

Boy oh boy, this place sure loves to screw ppl over, NO REFUNDS!! The regional manager love to kick people out and pinpoint certain people for smoking marijuana when it's legal in the state of Co, won't accept somebody's payment for the remaining balance for rent but take 3 payments all week three times, and then wants to single me and my husband out on a room inspection and no one else got a room inspection, Wow!!! Bathroom ceiling about to fall down black mold all in the bathroom, Each one of the rooms here has had either someone get shot in it or OD in the room and that is sweep it under the rug and don't say anything. Then our previous manager was breaking into rooms and stealing things from people but yet the owner says he's not responsible for his employees....

The manager Bre is very nice. She went out of her way to make sure the room met my needs. The housekeeper gentleman accomodated my requests once the language barrier was gaped. Clean. Professional staff. Kind of an old motel. But taken care of.

Drug infested with homeless every where. Margaret at the front desk is so hateful and rude with no mouth filter. Huge potholes in the parking lot, rooms are disgusting and run down. Bed bugs and roaches. It rained and our room flooded with water. Never again! This motel should be closed and condemned. Its not a safe place to stay for the price they charge. Nothing cozy or welcoming.

I've been to the venture in multiple times and I can say that recent stay there was way better than any other time before. The housekeeper Amanda has really turned that place around I would say without her that place would be nothing. Sure there can be a lot of things that can be improved but while I stayed there the management changed at least four times but Amanda was always there. If they let that girl go then that place will be nothing again.

Not the best looking place from the outside, however, my stay was made the best it could be by the lovely blonde housekeeper. At first arrival she checked in and made sure everything was ready, very clean, and accommodated. I didn't have many other interactions with staff however she was definitely a highlight in my stay here.

I didn't stay here just took an order. Pot holes so big you get thrown around in your car. Not easily accessible. And very nerve wracking to be here.

The horribly angry and mean old lady behind the desk and very rude and unprofessional makes this place totally out of my options to go!!!! Unbelievable how much of a disgruntled employee that hates everyone that tries to rent a room and when you do she yells at you about certain rules that are printed on paper she gives you at check in, and comes and beats on your door telling me i need to pay a 30.00 late fee for being 45 minutes late paying when she was late opening office but is going to gouge me !!! Then after 45 mins. She pounds on door again and says leave when my man was back from walk to cash check at same time she came to harass me once again!! Then she calls cops while clearly she saw us moving all our stuff into parking lot in front of office......cops were shaking heads n truly don't want to deal with her either!!! Worst motel experience, and attempted rip off gouging , and Harrassment by old angry mean Karen in my 55 yrs on this planet!!! Never rent there it is bad bad idea!!!
