I don't know about this beach. I can't seam to catch any fish. Maybe my rod and reel are broken.
Lots of dogs of leash but I'm okay with that. Great place for a walk.
We saw a sea lion a few days ago and dolphins yesterday.
This really is a nice beach.
This is a truly great beach that offers something you can’t get down the road in LA….. quiet. It’s worth the little drive to not have to be over charged for parking and not have to be surrounded by the crowds. Check out the nearby Madewest Brewery at the pier while you are here.
Ventura Beach was really nice... great people, nice views, the restrooms were quiet a walk to get to... but all in all.. it was terrific... i will be returning, perhaps this weekend. A must go to beach... my Grandson loved it, so did my Daughter and Din In Law. Thanks.
Love this beach! Mostly I love the rocks but it is a very nice beach. Not so many people really. You can pay for parking if you plan to be there all day it's only 10 bucks and there picnic tables and such. Plenty of parking. The bike path is great. There aren't people walking across the bike path dragging sand onto it and being clueless like in Santa Monica. Way way way nicer. There are volleyball courts. Waves are kinda small. Water is cold as to be expected most of the time. No tar. Plenty of birds to watch and the locals are not mean or snotty.
A very nice and big Beach. Even cars can drive on it. I went there in September, still the water was ok for swimming. The beach was very empty and clean.
Very rocky, dirty, and cold. Even the lifeguards wore wetsuits, so they wouldn't freeze if they have to go in the water. Lots of weird wood lean-to type structures everywhere. The pier was closed; maybe due to structural issues, as it appeared quite unsound. Several mentally challenged people walking around talking to themselves, but also lots of other people, including families,
Nice beach, not too busy, parking can be difficult, but worth the walk.
We are from Colorado and we loved the beautiful town of Ventura. This is our Dog Bruno and his 1st experience in the ocean is amazing. The happiest dog ever.
I've had the pleasure of being part of an incredible gym experience, and I can't help but express my gratitude for the fantastic atmosphere it provides. The coaching team goes above and beyond in ensuring proper form and technique, making the whole j
Awesome customer service! Diego was great and set me up in the store with a mask/snorkel combo for my cousin who is moving to Hawaii. Worked within my budget to get two good products but didnât try to upsell me. Would recommend this place to anyone
Captain, deck master, deck hand and guides were all very personable and professional. Really loved the experience boating to and diving around Anacapa Island.
Cavern Point Loop Trail was a brief loop for us. If I remember correctly, we headed back to the dock to ensure we didn't miss our ferry and cut through part of the trail by way of a private-looking road meant for park ranger use.
My group of 3 hiked
Wonder place to take photos and watch sunsets, sunrises, or moonlight. So many beautiful hummingbirds all over the place around the flowers and bushes. So close you can almost touch them. Amazing view of the ocean, the islands, and downtown. Definite
Absolutely sublime experience. Just perfection from start to finish. These folks know how to host. Possibly the best service my family and I have ever received. And the food? Divine. The items we ordered were clearly designed with thoughtful balance
The city of Ventura is a bustling city that is bursting with microbrewery options. One such establishment is Ventura Coast Brewing Co. Located down one of the side streets of Main, this is one of the rare breweries that is actually in the vicinity o
My wife and I just brought our UK friend here! I ordered their Cold Brew Coffee. As I am a Cold Brew fanatic, and in my opinion, if the Brew ain't made locally, it just ain't Cold Brew. Starbucks upsets my stomach. And such other places that imita
This is a wonderful park I had a great time with my three little pups. Not really crowded nice walkways. being a senior Iâll look for that and I appreciate it. Hereâs some pics from yesterday.
Also there is a nice community garden.
