This is a great place! Very chill, small but nice rooms well equipped. Service is great and the roof top bbq area is just perfect to enjoy the sunset. Ideal location and they have a bunch of beach equipment to borrow for the kids Couldn’t ask for more. Oh and there is a Starbucks coffee right next to it and public garage.

Great location! Great staff! Great room, small but modern. Rooftop bbq is best in the area! Strongly recommend if you are a beach enthusiast who likes to wake up looking at the ocean;). Good beach retreat for young couples!

I came here with 2 children & was nervous about the area but we had the best experience. Our room was clean, this area was loud & lively but we slept comfortably. The room & hotel has everything you need. The location is accessible to other places & steps from the beach. Staff was professional & helpful. I'd recommend & return.

You can't beat the location of this little Gem! On the boardwalk and three skips to the sand. Yes the rooms are small, but they give you the charm of the district with real exposed brick and breezes of the Pacific ocean. I would be remiss if I didn't applaud the generous hospitality of the staff. Danielle, in particular, exemplified the attention, personality, and professionalism that soothes the souls of weary travelers. Thank you Danielle for making Venice Breeze Suites our home away from home.

I love this place !! It’s the ultimate beach spot and it’s clean and comfortable!! Danielle is warm and welcoming when you check in and is an awesome host/ front desk / jack of all trades that coincide with the hotel !! We have come back on several occasions and love seeing her smiling face !! This place feels so welcoming because of her and we will continue to visit as often as possible!! Thank you !!! During my recent stay at Venice Beach Suites, I found both positives and negatives that future guests might want to consider. The hotel's location is undoubtedly its strongest asset, situated directly on the beach, offering easy access to the sands and waves which was a delightful experience. Moreover, the rooftop view was nothing short of spectacular, providing panoramic views that are perfect for catching a sunset or simply enjoying a moment of serenity. However, there were several drawbacks that detracted from the overall experience. First and foremost, parking was a significant inconvenience. The hotel does not offer complimentary parking, forcing guests to pay an additional fee for off-site parking or an even more expensive fee to park in a shared lot. If you park in the shared lot, make sure you bring a can opener to get in and out of your car because there will be no room. This was not only inconvenient but also added an unexpected cost to the stay. Additionally, there is no designated loading or unloading zone, which posed a risk of receiving a parking ticket while trying to manage luggage – something that can be particularly frustrating for travelers arriving by car. I know because I got a ticket even though I was told I would be ok for a while. The room’s amenities also left something to be desired. The heater in my room was not programmed correctly, rendering it unusable. Thankfully, I was able to troubleshoot the issue with the help of online guides, but this is certainly not something guests should have to deal with. Another issue was the noise from the guests above, which was audible throughout the night. This made it challenging to get a good night’s sleep and could be a significant inconvenience for light sleepers. While Venice Beach Suits boasts an excellent beachfront location and stunning rooftop views, the lack of parking, the issue with the heater, and noise pollution from other guests were notable drawbacks. Potential visitors should weigh these factors against the hotel’s prime location and amenities. Future guests would benefit from the hotel addressing these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

Wow! You can't get any closer to the beach than you are when staying here! The views are spectacular, especially when going up to the rooftop to watch the sunset. Absolutely gorgeous! Not only that, the service was fantastic. I happened to bump into a woman downstairs right outside the hotel who had stopped to pick up a quick Starbucks. Her battery was dead when trying to start it, so I let Danielle know at the front desk lobby of my hotel. She quickly called a local business, "The Bid" who had a couple super helpful people come out within 5 minutes and quickly jumped her car so she could get home. This was all free of charge BTW. Going above and beyond is what we always hope for in any situation, so when it happens I felt compelled to share my story! Great job Danielle, Venice Beach Suites and The Bid!! A+++ experience staying at Venice Beach!

This place was exactly what I was looking for! You can’t get any closer to the action or the beach than this place right here! Great room, Amazing customer service, pet friendly ( which is a must for me) and a breathtaking view from the rooftop! 10 out of 10!!
