My girlfriend and I were on a Christmas road trip and we stopped and rollerbladed this trail. It's a very nice trail and I love that it runs right along the wayerway. It was awesome watching boats go by while we were rollerblading!
This was a sweet ride! You travel along the water way and it loops so you go on both sides. There is a beutiful Mural, trees marked in remebererance. Shade verses sun is balanced enough to get a break. Benches all along the water. Sheltered picnic area.
Only draw back is there is no toilets.
Plenty of parking, none marked for handicapped, but do not see it would be a problem.
Dogs are allowed.
This is a looped path, but there is one cut off I took and then returned to parking via the main road, which had a bike lane.
Great biking Town !
The Venetian Waterway Park Trail follows along both sides of the Intracoastal Waterway, from the ocean north and somewhat east, past the Venice Airport to north of Venice Avenue. It is flat and often windy, passing through a mix of urban corridor and open green space. Colorful murals, covered rest and picnic areas and interpretive signs dot the way. You will also find playgrounds, fitness stops and parks.
Great trail. Wish some was unpaved trail and much less concrete for runners.
This is a great offering to have, but as soon as you get away from the main public sections, there has been unsavory people hanging out in the woods. I would be worrisome about my wife or kids enjoying alone
How about doing a video for people that cat make it down to the area...something thay can watch on television
Nice little paved trails to run, walk and bike.
Do you love to ride or walk? This is the place for you! Need a place that there are no cars to bring your little one. This is the place, when you are done stop by Sharkys or anywhere on v Venice Ave for lunch or ice cream.

Beautiful park on the Jetty, Venice side. They are absolutely stunning views and a nice spot to watch boats and fishermen. You can see the fish as you walk along the water. So beautiful. There were a couple of dolphins showing off for us. It's j
Loved our walk here. Great trail along Alligator creek, approximately 2.75 miles loop. Great dog park and play scape. Definitely coming back. Dog friendly

We got takeout, but would absolutely recommend eating there. Charming staff and great looking restaurant!
I chose this restaurant because they have papaya salad, which is my absolute favorite! It was delicious and even had a little bit of green bean
Food was delicious and service was fast and friendly. Not pictured here but they made my son the cutest Mickey Mouse pancake, he really enjoyed! Kelsey was our server and she was really sweet to our very hangry 8 year old boy. We will be back.
The beach was nice with amazing facilities, they had changing rooms and bathrooms. This beach is known for turtle nesting, which occurs during May-October and I would definitely recommend coming during that time! The parking is free and at the beachf

I really like this place. The breakfast quiche and hashbrown casserole is so yummy. But wait, if you really want a treat, you've gotta try the hot chocolate (I had it with Oat milk, it was fabulous!) It's cozy inside and very clean. This is my new s
