Velvet Suites - Motel in Detroit - 16920 Telegraph Rd, USA

For a motel, this place is truly very nice. You can tell the room has been upgraded dramatically. Beautiful spacious shower, decor was fancy lol....looked like twinkling stars on the ceiling. Only reason I took away a star, is because the bed spread was obviously left from the original design...snatched it off the bed immediately, tho the room was immaculate. Pillows were as flat as pancakes. I'd stay there again fasho‼️

My area the room used to be horrible i would of never back in the day but the waybit is now is great all my chicks have fun when we go. For the price you cant beat it and the shower is amazing. People leaving bad reviews. Cause you probably broke the rules

Do NOT come here I'm warning you! I paid for a weekly not even 3 hours after I checked in 3 guys walked into my room I was tired from work so I just ignored it then 3 more hours go buy a guy's acting like he's doing construction right outside my window he was peaking in my window then the hot water magically stop working my being a lawyer I know what precautions to take regarding a refund because I used a card they can hold my money up to 2 months if they wanted to but the good news is I have a dashcam on my car that caught the whole incident on camera these guys are racist and crazy I'm the only one water who is shut off after I threatened to call the police these guys are NUTS luckily ill be taking legal action against this hotel the manager refused to give me his name

Very clean rooms, excellent customer service, and will revisit to check out the other rooms

It's a bit out dated ,and could really use some vacuuming and shampooing and new blinds . The bathtub had a catcher in it .it was full of old hair and gross stuff .other than that it's quiet ,safe ,there are no homeless or drug addicts in the parking lot at night . The owners are very kind .which is why I gave this motel 4 stars .I didn't give it 5 because it needs a thorough clean. There are no bugs at this motel . That is huge . Rooms are very nice ,very big . Gas station near by fast food within walking distance .

Horrible service😔 They have bed bugs and roaches hot water doesn't work sometimes I would never recommend this place to noone

Pillows were flat but the room had us feeling like we were in Dubi.
