I started a sleeve with Mandy, the shop's newest talent. I will be using her as my artist for all future work after we complete the sleeve! I gave her my idea, then allowed her creative freedom with the piece. Her creativity is taking the sleeve to another level. Her eye for detail and last minute improvisations is amazing, as is her line work. Light-handed, always made sure I was comfortable, and explained things throughout the process - from consultation to the aftercare. 100% recommend her and the ladies at Velvet Lotus Tattoo!

I went to Velvet Lotus’ newest artist, Mandy, and I’m super pleased with my tattoo and experience. Despite slight last minute chaos, Mandy remained super professional and kind the entire time. She made me feel very comfortable, along with the other artists in the shop. Mandy was very responsive and helpful during the whole process from the consultation to getting the actual tattoo. She brought exactly what I wanted to life and I will definitely be booking with her again!

Michelle is incredible!! My friend and I wanted to get tattoos- this was my first tattoo, and my friend’s fifth- and we were lucky enough to get into her books. My friend went first and Michelle did amazing work- both on the tattoo, and on her customer service when my friend was struggling momentarily during the outline. During my tattoo- which was admittedly in a traditionally difficult and painful area (my sternum/rib cage area)- Michelle was compassionate, reassuring, and gentle throughout the service and completed an amazing illustration which far exceeded my expectations!!! Michelle is spectacular and if you want to get a stupendous and beautiful tattoo I highly recommend trying to get into her books. I included pictures of my moth tattoo and my friend’s skull tattoo.

Shop is clean and great aesthetic. Mandy is an amazing artist; made me super comfortable and her art is amazing.

Kat is an excellent artist and incredibly personable. They made sure I was aware of the possible issues with hand tattoos, and gave great info about aftercare. I’ll definitely be coming back to work on more pieces with Kat :)

Mandy is the best!!! Such a fun, loving, and comfy environment in the shop. Definitely recommend stopping in!

Michelle is amazing. She was so kind and accommodating. She did the best tattooo I could have imagined and was so professional. Highly recommend. Get work done by her because she's the best.
